Dance Within the Love Sight

Chapter One

Marilyn POV

It was senior year ,the first day to be exact, I was very excited to finally get over high school. Reason was i didn't really have friends. Well i mean i did but you know when they say starting freshman yr you hangout with all these people and along the years of high school you always lose some? Well let me tell you it is true! I did have a couple of friends here and there but i mean there was only person that i can always count on which is Dakota. Dakota and i been through a lot what i mean is we were the ones that lost all of our friends because a stupid sport. Stupid right? Long story short they decided to hangout with their teammates rather than us. It did really get to us at first but we got over it and besides we were in drill team so we had something else to focus on. Drill team is basically dance . But you dance to the music the band plays. Sounds fun right?

Marilyn: it was monday. And god did i hate mondays. As i was walking down the hall to my locker Dakota ran into me.

Marilyn: "Dakota wth!"

Dakota: "calm down." "And come walk with me i have something to tell you ! She said smiling"

Marilyn: "what." "What is it that you want."

Dakota: "well you know how great of a friend i am right?" "Well i was passing by hollywood yesterday and i happened to have seen a sign that said they are looking for dancers!" "I mean i know you are more into modeling but common its something we can do together !"

Marilyn: "i will have to think about that Dakota." "The SAT are coming up and i need to focus."

Dakota: "common do something for once atleast something that Doesn't involve school! What do you say? And besides i know you will make it. you are great."

Marilyn: "aaah why do you do this to me." I say screaming/ laughing. "So when are they you say."

Marilyn: i was kinda happy Dakota is making me do this. Im actually very excited. As i told her i would she started jumping around like a freak.

Dakota: "Well it actually today so after school we will be heading over there ?"

Marilyn: wait what ?!"

Dakota: "Okay bye." She said walking away

Marilyn: "Dakota!"

god does she make me angry i am not ready for these try outs !

Dakota: stop being so angry you will do fine . Ill see you after school . Bye.

.............AFTER SCHOOL.............

Marilyn POV

i was waiting for Dakota by here car were we usually meet. She usually takes a while to always get here because she always has to see her boyfriend first before they leave. I mean i dont really mind it gives me time to think if im actually going to do this.

Dakota: "Marilyn!" She screamed

Marilyn: "Omg you scared me !"

Dakota: "what were you thinking of huh?" She said with a smirk.

Marilyn POV

I never really thought about guys ever since my ex boyfriend cheated on me i told myself i wouldn't date till i graduate reason being i did not want to have problems while i was busy in trying to graduate.

Marilyn: "nothing." "Im thinking nothing."

...........skip to the hollywood.......

I slept the whole way to hollywood as i hear Dakota.

Dakota: "WE ARE HERE !"

Marilyn POV

Sometimes i hate that she is so loud. I mean im just like her but i hate being woken up.i get out the car and it was my first time in hollywood even though i lived in LA i never explored hollywood. It was beautiful.
