Chapter 8

"Date?" Yerin unnie and Jimin unnie said together, staring at me.

"Not a date," I sighed.

"Are you sure?" Jimin unnie raised her eyebrows. I nodded.

"Completely sure,"

"Do you like him?" Yerin unnie asked.

"No!" I immediately said.

"Really??" they chorused, watching me.

"Unnie!" I whined. "Oppa is just a friend,"

"And you're calling him oppa now?" Jimin smiled.

"Is that bad?" I shrugged. "He's older than me, and he told me to. Who am I to say no?"

"Maybe he likes you!" Yerin smiled.

"Impossible," I shook my head.

"Did he tell you he doesn't?" Jimin asked.

"No,"

"Then there's a possibility!"

"Unnie!"

"What? You don't like him?" Yerin asked me.

"It's not that..." I said slowly. "But why are we only talking about me? Why not you guys?"

"Because you're the youngest out of all of us," Jimin shrugged.

"Still.... Let's talk about Yerin unnie now," I said.

"Yes!" Jimin nodded. "Yerin-ie is quiet! Tell us something! Tell us about a guy you like or something,"

"You already know, Jimin-ah," she sighed.

"But AeRa doesn't! So you have to tell her, too!" Jimin said, pointing at me. Yerin unnie hesitated.

"I like...." she started, not finishing the sentence.

"Yerin!" Jimin said.

"Fine, fine. I'll say it. I like Yugyeom. There," Yerin sighed, her cheeks pink.

"Really?" I said, surprised. She nodded.

"Surprising, isn't it?" Jimin smiled.

"Honestly, yes," I admitted.

"Now it's your turn!" Yerin said to her partner.

"I don't like anyone," Jimin shrugged.

"Don't lie!" Yerin said. "I know you like Jackson oppa!"

"Shut up!" Jimin blushed. "It's embarrassing, coming from you!" I laughed.
