The manticore is back

The others stared at me in shock.

Ruby: y/n you can't do that. We care about you

Y/n: oh so when did you start. You and Yang that is.

I didn't want to hear anymore. I left the room. I heard the others following after me. I broke into a run.

I needed to get away.

Soon I was far ahead of them. But I didn't stop running.

I ran till I was out of beacon. I ran till I was far into the emerald forest.

I climbed a tree and started to relax.

Then I heard a roar and wings flapping.

I looked up and saw the manticore. I jumped off the tree, transforming into my forest titan form.

(I didn't know at the time of making the story, the forest titan can summon forest wyverns to fight with it)
(Start song)
I summoned some forest wyverns. I then jumped and grabbed onto the wing of the manticore.

I pulled it down into the ground. It recover quickly and then summoned deathworms. The wyverns started attacking the deathworms and I went after the manticore.

I jumped onto the manticore and we started wrestling. It was biting my arm as I was trying to grab onto one of its wings.

Ruby's POV

We were running after y/n and we lost him. We ran outside and were not able to find him.

Yang: he most likely ran into the forest

Blake: well then let's go

But before we could go into the forest things came out of the ground. They were like giant worms. Then they started attacking anything in sight. One of the worms turned there attention to us

Ruby: what are those!?

Weiss: I don't know but they need to be exterminated

Before we could attack something struck it.

It was a dragon! A green dragon to be exact. It seemed to be part of the forest itself. Then we saw more of the dragons attacking the worms

Y/n POV

I was on my back still wrestling the manticore. It was trying to bite through my throat but it couldn't but through the wood. I kneed it in the stomach and threw it off me. I got back up and jumped on top of it. It started trying to use the tail spike but again it couldn't penetrate the wood.

I was punching it but it eventually got out of my hold. It flew away like a coward. The deathworms also disappeared.

I transformed back into my human form. That fight took a toll on myself as it may have not damaged my forest titan form but it damaged my human form.

I could feel I had a twisted ankle and possibly a broken rib or 2. Luckily it feels like nothing vital was damaged.

I started to limp back to beacon.

Ruby's POV

The worms just disappeared.

Blake: what happened?

Weiss: it seems we're forgetting something

We stood there for a moment trying to think.

Ruby: Y/N!

We turned to the emerald forest to go after him but then we saw him limping his was out.

He looked at us.

Y/n: yes?

Blake: are you ok?

Y/n: do I look ok to you?

He was right. It seemed he might have twisted his ankle. He also had cuts and bruises all over his body. And he had a black eye.

Weiss: what happened to you?

He started his way back into beacon.

Y/n: manticore that's what

Ruby: the manticore? Is that what caused the worms and dragons?

Y/n: the deathworms yes. Dragons no. That would be me.

Yang: YOU CAN SUMMON DRAGONS!

Y/n: I mean I call them wyverns but yes and no. When I am in my forest titan form I can. If I'm not then I can't
