Loki odinson ; betrayal

You stood next to Jane and Loki and held Jane up by the arm for support. You made brief eye contact with Thor before looking at Loki who was already staring at you. Your heart stopped at his gaze. You liked him and you hate yourself for it. You never meant to fall in love with him and no matter how many times you tell yourself how he killed innocent people and hurt people, you still loved him. After a couple of seconds he moved his gaze to Thor. You watched as the spoke to one another but you couldn't make out what they were saying. You moved your eyes to Loki's hands where Thor cut of the cuffs. You let go of Jane to move closer to the brothers, close enough to hear Loki's next words. "No I wouldn't" and before your mind could focus on what was going on loki pulled out a blade and stabbed Thor leaving him to roll down the ground. "Thor!" Jane exclaimed. You stood with wide eyes. "Loki" your voice was barely above a whisper. He turned around to face you and saw the look of betrayal on your face. Loki moved his gaze in an instant and went down to hurt Thor even more. Time stopped. You mind shut down as well as your body. You watched as Loki continued to beat Thor and say hateful words, You watched as he pushed Jane out the way, Watched as he cut Thor's hand, But you listened to your heart break. "I've brought you a gift" Loki grabbed Jane by the upper arm and pushed her forcefully onto the ground. "My only request is that I get a good seat to watch Asgard burn" you watched silently in fear and in horror. "What about the girl?" the dark elf asked. "The girl is there" he said pointing to Jane. "'No, the other girl" and his gaze moved to you. You saw Loki freeze and turn towards you. He had no words. His eyes met yours and they went soft for a second until he quickly changed back to his character. He walked up to you and gently placed his hand on your wrist bringing you to the dark elf. His grip was gentle and so was his push onto the ground. You couldn't fight. You didn't have powers, you didn't train, you couldn't fight but you also couldn't fight Loki. You lay beside Jane and watched as she was soon lifted up off the ground. "What the-" your sentence stopped midway as you watched as the stone was coming out from her body. "Jane!" You screamed. You couldn't let her die. You stood up and tried to grab her until you felt a pair of hands grab you and pull you back. Your body tensed but then you turned around to see it was Loki who was holding you. Your body relaxed but you tried to fight out of his grip. "Loki, let me go" Loki's grip got tighter yet he remained silent. You winced at his grip and looked towards Thor. His shook his head telling you to stop. You were confused for sure at why he wouldn't want to save Jane. "Loki, now!" Thor commanded. With confusion you turned to move your head to look at Loki. One of his hands moved from your waist to give Thor his hand back and with that he called for mjölnir and threw it to the red crystals. Loki let go from your body and turned you around, "I'm sorry you thought I betrayed you" he rubbed your cheek gently with his hand but moved over to grab Janes body. You stood dumbstruck not knowing what to do. "Oh" was all you could say. As soon as he moved Jane he ran back to you and put his body in front of yours, protecting you from any danger. "Loki what's going on?" You asked with panic. Before he could respond something was thrown at you and Loki pushed you to the ground but before he could get hit you pulled him with you. He lay beside you as everything started to go wrong. He stood up and grabbed your hand to pull you up to. "It was a plan, I wouldn't really betray you, well maybe the others but not you" he responded with his eyes any where but you. "Loki look at me" you moved his face to look at you. "Wh-" before you could finish he connected his lips to yours, silencing the words that were about to come after. He pulled away, resting his forehead on yours. "I love you and I can't get you hurt." He looked into your eyes and smiled, a genuine smile.
