Lucy. It was the only possibility. Raven staggered back, like a drunken fool, as a smile began to paint itself on Lucy's face. "Why did you call me here." He demanded, trying to shake the thought of being tricked again out of his mind. Lucy simply smiled, "I see you have healed yourself, demon." She said. Shifting her gaze down to where she had previously stabbed him. Raven just nodded, but shot her a dirty gaze from underneath his mess of dark hair.

The girl smiled once more, stepping closer to Raven. He remained still, knowing if he made a wrong move, the blade she held would be buried in his heart. "I have called you here for one reason, and one reason only." She said, stopping when she was standing directly in front of him. "You have the marks of a demon solider." She said simply, pulling off her dress. "I have them too." As if on que, Lucy's whole body shimmered, her pale skin now was inked with fresh black marks that matched Ravens. "We are one in the same."

Raven struggled to keep his mouth closed. Her marks made her even more beautiful. But a million questions were buzzing around in his brain, she had tried to kill him, now she was saying they were the same? 'Girls are truly confusing..' He thought to himself, as he waited for her to explain herself.

"So what? We're the same. What do you want with me?" He asked, placing his hands on his hips, struggling to keep his eyes up, and not stare at her marks. Lucy shimmered once more, her dress returning to her curved body. She smiled sweetly, the offered her hand, "I'll tell you everything you need to know when we reach the institute."

Lucy lead Raven into a white building with large, ugly, black pillars. He was still trying to get over the fact that Lucy had attempted to kill him, then befriended him just as quickly. She still looked like a 17 year old girl, but seemed more leader like. Ravens eyes darted around once he got inside. He quickly examined his surroundings carefully, and looked for possible escape routes. Everything about this placed screamed weird.

The institute certainly wasn't empty. Raven saw many males and females pass him, they all had the marks swirling around their body. The teenagers marks were black, while the adults marks were gold, and the few children's, were white. Lucy stopped in front of a glass door, and what seemed like an office was inside. She motioned Raven to sit down, while she sat at the desk.

"I suppose you are curious about the sudden turn of events." Lucy said, still speaking in her angelic voice. Raven nodded, all he wanted was answers. "Like most demons, you rose with the marks of our god, Lucifer. He gave us these marks, and made us guardians." She explained, pausing, like she knew Raven would have a question, which he did. "Guardians? Isn't that what demon hunters are for?" He asked, raising and eyebrow. Lucy nodded, "Yes, they eliminate any demons who cause trouble. Which is what we do. Eliminate the angels who do harm to us."

The little information was a lot for the demon to take in. He jumped in his seat when he heard the glass doors open behind him. Standing in the door way, was a rather short male, with golden hair and blue eyes. He had the same swirling marks, and a white, and black wing folded neatly against his back. "This is Daniel Darkshire." Lucy said, with a wicked smile on her face. The so called Danny, held out his hand, "C'mon kid, it's time to train."
