I thought everything was ok

Until I discovered
Things I didnt want to
So now when I think
Not only about it
Is not only something in my stomach
But now theres also
A knot on my throat
And I cant get rid of it
No matter how hard I try
No matter how much I want
It just stays there
And I dont know when
It will go away
