"Hey girlie, have you made your mind up about the party yet?" Laura asks as I enter our room.
"Uh, not sure yet sorry," I shrug.
"Well I won't go if you don't go. I wouldn't know anybody there and like did you know that frat parties can be super dangerous?"
"I've heard yes."
"Yeah people get drugged there all the time, it's why i'd never go alone. You'll come with me though right? Please?" Laura begs.
"I don't know yet Laura, sorry."
I know Tessa said that it wouldn't be the end of the world if Laura just tags along but this constant begging is driving me through the roof. It'll probably also be my job to watch her the entire time. That's not my job to be her babysitter. I just want to have fun.
Laura is so over protective over me but we're barely friends. She's constantly following me around everywhere and texts me non-stop if I stay out late.
If I try and hang out with other friends on a weekday she goes crazy about how I probably have homework to do instead. I went to this college so I could get AWAY from my parents breathing down my neck, I don't need another one.
