"God I would've been better of just letting Laura come along with us," I groan, making myself comfortable on the couch downstairs inside the frat house.
"Why? What happened?" Tessa asks.
"She keeps texting me and nagging me about coming home."
"Are you breaking curfew or something?" Tessa jokes.
"I guess. She says she can't sleep because she's worried about me and she also found out about the party."
"That's weird. Someone must've posted a snap of you in the background or something." Tessa says as I shrug.
"It's a possibility."
"Come on, let's go out to the bonfire, I heard they're burning some old wooden chair, we won't let loopy Laura ruin our night," She laughs jumping up, and grabbing my hand.

Somewhere along the line, Tessa and I got separated and I couldn't find her at the bonfire anymore. We met back up in the house and left.
Tessa and I made me a makeshift bed on her dorm floor from a whole bunch of pillows and blankets.
"Oh Tess I never got to tell you something," I perk up from my bed on the ground.
"What's up?"
"Remember that gorgeous boy from one of my classes that I adore?"
"Was he the one you were talking to on the dance floor?"
"Yeah, his name's Shawn. Anyways, at the bonfire he came and sat with me and he gave me his number!!" I squeal.
"Go Livvy! At least something good came out of tonight."

The next morning I returned back to my dorm, entering quietly incase I woke my crazy roommate. To my surprise she was already wide awake, reading a book on her bed.
She turns her head to me as I shut the door and I attempt to greet her but she just grabs her bag and storms past me out the door. Alright then. I sit on my bed and get my phone out, reading through the text messages again.
Funny. "Sorry I'm breathing down your neck all the time" is something that I wrote in my journal. If she's gone through my journal she's also probably gone through my laptop.
I grab it and turn it on, fearing for all my assignments saved on it. I open my documents to find all of my files deleted. My next step was the backup system but somehow Laura had placed a bunch of codes that I needed to enter for me to access the backup program.
After a while of decoding I had managed to get the three passwords, YOUJERK, HACKED and YOUDESERVETHIS. What a psycho. I managed to get all my files back but noticed a sticky note.
You're a liar and a horrible person. You've made the wrong enemy Olivia Moore.
I call Laura's number and she instantly answers.
"You're really a psycho aren't you? Deleting all my files and going through my journal," I scoff.
"Impressive that you figured it out with your tiny brain."
"So what? We're now enemies just because I didn't bring you along to one stupid party?" I ask.
"No. You lied to me and I really don't like being lied to."
"So now you're just going to be a complete bitch? This really won't get me to like you more."
"I don't care if we're friends anymore. You're a jerk."
"I'll report you to the campus police Laura."
"I really don't think you wanna do that, just wait and see," She says before hanging up the phone.
What have I gotten myself into?
