One thing is for sure I felt truly happy in this place... •••••••••••••••••••••• October ~~ Maria's POV I was in a park surround by snow and more snow. I love snow though, I can feel the cold slapping me in the face, like it felt at home. I turn around to see Shawn walking towards with something in his arms. I take a closer look to see a little bundle moving in his arms. He is then standing in front of me. I step closer to him, for some strange reason I kiss him on the cheek. I reach toward the little bundle to reveal a baby. I then realize I was dreaming of having a family with Shawn.
Soon I woke hearing footsteps outside my door and they stop. I hear my bedroom door open, and I pretend that I'm asleep. I look through my eyelashes to see who it is. I check to see it was Shawn and he was just standing there looking at me. I felt a little creeped out. It would be weird if someone just stands by you and watches you sleep.
I pretend that I was just waking up, that way I don't startle him. "Shawn... what time is it?" I whisper. He looks shocked for a moment. "Oh uh... it's midnight..." He answers. "What are doing in my room in the middle of the night?" I ask curiously.
He looks down for a moment and he sits down on the edge of the bed. "Well... I usually check up on you at midnight.." He looks down to the floor. "Why though? I'm not mad, it's just a little creepy to check up on me. Especially, in the middle of the night when everyone is sleeping." I explain.
He smiles sheepishly, "Its just that I can't help myself, but to make sure nothing has happened to you." I look down blushing, the good thing being was that its dark in my room. "Well maybe you should go back to your room. It'll be better if no one sees you." I urgently tell him. He nods his head, understanding the situation. "Goodnight Maria..."
"Goodnight Shawn... and don't scare me like that again." I whisper to him quietly. He nods and leaves my room. I lay back down and stare at the ceiling.
I felt feelings that I've never felt before. Feelings that are mysterious to me, but not new. I realized that I was starting to like Shawn and there was probably nothing that can stop it. •••••••••••••••••••• Shawn's POV ~~ The Next Morning I wake to someone next to me. I open my eyes to see Maria staring at me. "Wha-- what are you doing here?" I question her loudly. "Well now you know how it feels to be stared down in the middle of the night." She laughs lightly. I felt embarrassed for a few seconds and then ask her what she was actually doing in my room. "I came here on the behalf of Cameron to tell you that breakfast is served. So, get your ass up for breakfast ." She states before walking out the door. I stare at the door for a few seconds and then shaking my head. I put my slippers on to go downstairs. I arrive to the kitchen to see everyone there. "Finally sleeping beauty has awoken." Taylor teases me. "Taylor shut it, since today I woke you up why not tell them what I found." Maria blackmails. Taylor looks at her wide eyed. "No no noooo nooo!" She just smirks and nods. "Doesn't mean that I'll forget about it though." Taylor nods at her, seemingly a little scared now. "Enough chitchat, get yourselves to eat." Cam tells us.
We all sit down at the table, but Maria was sitting across from me. I felt something brush itself on my leg, so I check who it was. I see that it was Maria's legs. I look at her mouthing 'sorry.' I nod at her understanding. We continue on eating on. Soon we all finished breakfast the contained laughs and teasing.
Cam then told that we all should have to meet up in the living room. We all did as we were told, and we all sat down. Maria decided to sit next to me. "Hey... ummm sorry about last night." I whisper to her. She looks at me for moment, and replies, "It's okay, you probably didn't mean it. Although it is scary to see that in the middle of the night." She giggles.
I felt my heartbeat race when she giggled. My feelings for her started to develop even more. My thoughts were then interrupted. "Well I reunited you all here because I have news for you guys." Cam carries on the excitement.
We stare at him awaiting for him to tell us the news. We all were shocked to hear what came out next.
