Opposite - Meteor garden

One

Ashlyn Yang, mostly known as Ash, walked inside Ming De University. She had a bodyguard looking over her at all times. That didn't bother her, since she always found a way to escape from him. Regardless of it, she walked over to her locker. Small, but it's not like she has much stuff anyway. She places her bookbag inside and slams it. Ash turns to her bodyguard, Rocco, and asks "Classes start soon. Should I go?" Rocco looked at her and quickly answered, "It's best if you go, Ms. Yang." She nods slowly and turns back around. She heads to her class, business administration. The teacher wasn't in yet, but Ash still sat down, not like she had any other choice.

The teacher soon arrived and started the lecture. "Like you all know, you had an essay due last week about marketing. I will be naming those who passed." The whole room was quiet, waiting for their instructor to speak out.

"Daoming Si"

"Feng Meizuo"

"Ashlyn Yang"

"Yan Ximen"

"That's the only people who got a good grade on the essay. The rest of you, I want you to redo the essay." The whole room groaned. "Quiet down. Let's start class."

Class had ended and Ash goes to her locker. She was deciding whether she should ditch the next class. Rocco was still there with her, but she can easily fool him. She thought about going out to get some food. As she walked to the exit, She bumped into someone. Ash turns around to face the guy she bumped into. "Aren't you that girl who got a good grade on the essay? What was your name again?" Ash looked at him and then at the rest. They had a new friend. He seems quiet. "Ash Yang." She finally said. "So then what's your name?" Si asked. Ash wasn't born in Shanghai, she was born in London. Her mother married a Chinese business man and they moved to Shanghai. Her father was Chinese too, but he left them soon after Ash was born. "Just call me Ash."

"Okay...You bumped into me. Apologize." Ash looked at him with a slight smirk, "You forgot to introduce yourself. Not everyone knows you, you know?" The guy with glasses chuckled lightly. Si gave Ash a cold stare and responds, "My name is Daoming Si." Ash laughed quietly. Si stared at her, "What's so funny?" She clasped her hands together, "I already know who you are. Your mother is very famous in the business world." Si easily loses his temper, so his face was starting to get redder than before. "Then why did you make me say my name?!" He was a little closer to her now. "It's funny to see you act so cool and then see you break down." She waves at him and starts to walk past them.

"Where are you going? I haven't finished with you." Si yelled out. "I'm going to ditch. See ya!" she said, not looking back. The boys look at each other and Meizuo said "I think we should go with her." Si hesitates for a second, but nods. They all start to follow her out of the building. Luckily enough, they didn't have class for awhile.

"So you guys decided to come." Ximen nods. "Don't think I want to be here." Si said, crossing his arms. "You're the one who decided to come here." Meizuo said, taking a sip of his drink. Si turns his head to him, "Who's side are you on?!" The waiter walked up to their table and says "Hi, can I take your order?" "Uh yeah, I will like some dumplings for starters" Ash said, fiddling with her cup. The waiter jots down the order and then looks at the rest. The rest order and the waiter goes off to place the order.

"Ash, do you have class later?" asked Ximen. Ash shakes her head "I'm ditching them all today." Lei takes a sip of his drink, "Skipping classes isn't good though." Ash shrugged and took a bite of her food, "I don't really care, I do my assignments anyway."

They all exchanged looks and continued eating.

They went back to school so the boys can finish their classes. Before they left, Si handed her an envelope. "What's this?" "Open it after we're gone." They walk away and lots of girls follow them. Ash opens the envelope and takes out what's inside.

"A joker card. What a waste of time."

She smiles at the card and takes out the small note.

"Tomorrow. At noon. Be there or you'll be known as a coward."

"Oh I'll be there."
