_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ ~ D E H Y D R A T I O N

Our eyes met in the swell of waves

The endless fabric mounds

That floated away in particles

And hardly made a sound

At first your approach was gentle, expected

But I knew to get away

For if I fell for your daunting company

You'd victimise my fate

My murderer, I would adress you

As real thoughts flirted with fake

You gave me things I couldn't touch

A savior that couldn't save

And in the boiling sun come day

In your hands you stole reality

And I wondered when I'd surely die

Under the spell of your brutality.
