"Well uhmmm.....Sam came to my house this morning, he was in my car when i got in and when i noticed him i ran out. Of course he chased me and we got into a huge argument and, as if i flipped a switch, he calmed down....mumbled something, kissed me on the cheek and left." I explained and saw Jason's ees widen.
"And you're just telling me NOW that that creep attacked, and kissed you!!" he shouted, throwing his hands up in frustration, "Ree....why dint you stay here tonight. I think it's safer for you." Jason continued, and i shook my head.
"I cant. I have to go home today t-"
"Please," Jason begged, grabbing hold of my hand."I cant met snything bad happen to you" Then he wrapped me in a bear hug. Sudden pain exploded throughout my arms where i was bruised and my ribs, causing me to groan in pain.
"What?" He asked raising an eyebrow.
"N-Nothing." I lied, hugging my arms to my chest. Jason just as quickly grabbed my arm and roughly pulled up the sleeve of the sweatshirt.
"What the fuck?!?!" Jason exclaimed at the sight of the purple and blue blotches on my arms. I pulled them back into me, rolling the sleeves down quickly.
"It's nothing." i mumbled which made him angrier.
"What do you mean it's nothing, Res?!?!?!" Jason yelled but quickly lowered his voice. "Sam did this to you didnt he?" I looked down at the ground, not daring to utter a single word. "He's dead." Jason growled and walked to the door. I ran after him and pulled him back into me by his shirt.
"No, stop!!" I begged but Jason didnt respond so I jumped in front of him to block his way out. "Jason sto-" he suddenly pulled me really close into him and kissed me. I was beyond shocked. Jason...my best friend..was kissing me. His full, pink lips were warm against mine and i found myself kissing him back.
Electricity blasted through my veins as we got lost in time...of course until Jason pulled back a bit. His lips still inches away from mine and his forehead restig against mine.
I just kissed my best friend
........
And god was it amazing.
