With his two younger brothers at school, Ichiro took out his cellphone and looked at the time. The time was 11 o'clock. The store had few middle-aged customers looking at the products. They were probably housewives. Ichiro was behind the counter, reading newspaper.

Jiro was at his classroom, currently studying Classical Literature. Some students were listening intently and there were those who were writing what the teacher was talking about. The teacher was explaining a passage, but it was so boring that Jiro couldn't help but yawning and then looked at the window outside. The weather was clear.

As for Saburo, he was at the field since it was the time for Physical Education. The students were running few laps around the school field.

"....Hey, isn't he that second year? You know, the one with the Odd Eyes."

"Ooh, Jiro Yamada or something? You tryin' to be a hero?"

Jiro walked one step forward. He had a smug face. "I'm not that heroic. Seeing you all bullying one weak guy is just too pathetic to see."

"Oh really!?" One of the opponents stepped forward, as if he was ready to punch Jiro.

It was just one, Jiro was able to evade it easily. The opponent grew impatient. Few other punches were launched against Jiro, but he managed to either block or evade them. "You little----!"

Then, one of the bullies tried to ambush Jiro from behind. Jiro didn't quite expect that and he was locked. He received a punch right in front of his face. Once, twice, three times.

His talisman slipped out from his pocket.

At that moment, a suddenly a white smoke came out, unleashing a small explosion.

"Gah!?"

"What the hell!?"

As the white smoke subsided, a bushy, fox tail could be seen coming out from Jiro. A pair of fox ears also came out from his head.

"Oh crap...!" He muttered. Of all times, he had to be seen by these goons.

"H-he had a tail...?"

"J-Jiro's a freak!!"

He was confused what to do, until then suddenly another white smoke came out. Jiro was shocked too, then he covered his mouth to avoid inhaling it.

By the weird smoke subsided again, the goons were lying on the ground. Looks like they were asleep?

But the smoke didn't seem to have any effect on Jiro since he seemed unaffected.

"Yahoo~ Perfect timing, aren't I?"

While Jiro was still confused and trying to assess the situation, a light-hearted voice came out, calling to him.

"You're..."

From the top of the tree, stood a male with a small body. He had a pair of raccoon ears and tail. He was eating a lollipop.

"Ramuda Amemura..."

The raccoon smiled.
