You had shot Beth. Beth was laying dead in the little bit of snow that was left. Your bullet was in her stomach. You look at Carl and his smile vanishes off his face. 'Oh my god, you had just killed your best friend.'
You started crying and you were hugging Beth. You cradled her head in your hands.
'This couldn't be happening.'
'What were you going to tell your group?'
All these thoughts were racing through your head and you blacked out. You woke to Glen, Maggie, Carl, and Rick huddling around you back at the store. There was silence. You slowly sat up as you remember what happened. You start to cry but Glen stops you.
"It wasn't your fault." said Carl.
"You didn't know." said Glen.
While the boys were trying to make you feel better, Maggie was crying on Beth's sleeping bag. Rick stayed silent. You looked at the revolver in your hand and you dropped it in disgust.
"Where is Beth? What did you do to her afterwards?" you question.
"We shot her in the head and then we buried her. We couldn't have her turning into a walker." Carl said.
You rolled off the table they laid you on, and you sat in a ball crumpled on the floor.
'What had you done?' You had just killed one of the few people that cared for you anymore. But it was so quick. So fast it couldn't have hurt that much.
But to think, ending one life just needed one bullet.
