Before signing up for a slot in the bookclub, here are some guidelines that you should know before considering to be a part of the book club.
1. There will be a featured author and that author's book will be read by the entire club.
2. You are required to read at least ten chapters of the story (not including the prologue).
3. You must also provide a decent comment for each chapter. This can be what you liked about the chapter, how the author can improve, suggestions on the story.
4. At the end of each week, the author of the week is required to send me a list of the members who commented on his or her story.
5. Failure to complete the assignment by the designated date will result in a X. Collecting three X's will result in your immediate dismissal from the book club.
6. If you are unable to complete the assignment ahead of time, notify me immediately. If you notify me on the due date, you will receive a X.
7. Please do not leave the club after your book has been read. It is unfair for the other authors.
8. Have fun while reading and hope you enjoy the book club.
