Sorta Abduction (2013)

The school bell rang and we exited the classroom. I had just gotten my English test back, and Ingot a c-, At least that's good right? Better than a D. I walked down the hallway avoiding eye contact with people in the hallways. At the moment all I could think about were these new news reports. They say they've seen flying train sightings in the next town. So I had a plan to go see if it was true.

I got on my bike and rode home. "How was school?," my mother asked as I walked through the door. "Good, hey mom when's dinner?," I ask. "Kobe it's 3:27 why are you asking this now?," Se said crossing her arms. Cause I'm going some place and I wanna make sure i'm back intime. "Around 7:30 and when you get back I have a surprise for you," she said smiling. I laughed and ran upstairs to do my homework.

Finishing I run out the front door and get on my bike. I was still wondering why my mom didn't ask where I was going. Probably cause the surprise was big. I put in my earbuds and began listening to Toby Keith 'MADE IN AMERICA' on my ipod. When ever I listen I Toby Keith I think of my father. He's in the army and I barely get to see him... Although I stopped when I got I the border. It was funny cause I lived two minutes away from it and the next town. I sigh an go over it. I take out my camera and begin to adjust its brightness. I jump when I hear a noise. Sounded like a whistle, a whistle that belonged to something I've never seen or herd. I look up to see a large steam engine with blue coaches and a combat coach in the middle. I take a picture as it flew over. It blew its whistle as it disappeared into the sky. I think my mouth hit the floor at that point. What was that?

STEVE POV

"We've got another sighting," Fury says as he enters the conference room. "Of what?," Tony asks. "Well of these flying trains that have been seen in he county of Norwalk Connecticut," Fury replies. "Hold on, Flying trains?," Clint asks in a sarcastic disbelief tone. Fury nods. I just sigh. "So what does this train look like?," Thor asks. "It's a very large steam engine with blue coaches and a silver cannon car in the middle," I say sliding a picture of it in the paper. Thor picks it up and his eyes widen. "What?," Natasha asks.

"This seams fimiliar. What tone of whistle is it?," he asks. Low pitched and long, sorta like the polar express's if you've ever seen it. "I know where this came from," he says. all the attention in the room turns to him. "Where and why is it here?," Fury asks. "A couple galaxies over from mine has a planet in it called Destiny. It sends out trains like this and this, is an SDF combat train Big One. I'm actually a good friend with the head of that Platoon. Captain Buldge." "Do try mean harm?," I ask. "No captain, they protect each other and there railway. "Well thanks for the info Thor," Fury says leaving.

FURY POV

I walk into the main control room and tell them

To set a course for Norwalk.

KOBE POV

I park my bike in the garage when I notice two cars in the drive way instead of one. Who is it? I walk in and I'm grabbed from behind and is lifted into the air. I look to see my dad. "DAD!," I yell as he set me down. I hug him tight. "Hey Kobe, Wow you've gotten tall!," he says. "And you haven't changed," I said laughing. "Come on, your mom made pancakes so let's eat em!!," he said. I laughed as I beat him to the dinner table. "Haha I won," and he just laughed.

After dinner I helped dad and mom with the dishes and ran upstairs. Every thing was done so I decided to go to bed early.

_________________________________________ I squint my eyes as the house begins to rattle. Suddenly there was a loud whistle. What is this the polar express wait... It's spring though. I look out y window to see the train from before. I slipped into a shirt an ran outside to see a boy waiting outside. "Umm, hi," I say shyly to the man. He looks like he just turned twenty. "Oh hi," he said. "I'm Manabu," he says. "Umm hi, I'm Kobe." I said. "Wait are you Kobe Hicks?," He asks. I nod. Come with me," he says. Before I do a girl looking like she was in her teens came up. "Manabu what are you-," she stopped dead in her tracks when she saw me. "Kobe?," She said surprised. I looked at her realizing she was my

Friends older sister. Louise Fort Drake. She was said to have been lost in space but here she was. "Louise, your alive?!," I asked. She didn't have the time to answer when a man with a scar on the left side of his face walked up. "What are you guys doing out here?!," he asked. "Sorry Captain," Manabu said. He gestured me to come on and I do. He left me in the hands of a girl named Yuki. She took me to the medical coach for inspection. She wanted to make sure I could be around the others.

After the inspection, she took me to the tender like coach. There sat Manabu, Louise, the man with the scar, a black man, and Yuki. "Who is this," The black man said getting up. "David, this is Kobe," he says. We greet each other until we come to a stop. Apparently we left my home town for this new place. Before I knew it, I was Ina chamber cell.

STEVE POV

After getting a distress call from a town in Norwalk we got Ina fighter and went to the house. We got off to see two lines dug into the road. "Bruce, can you measure the distance between those and try to find what kinda distance is similar," I say. He nods. I know those weren't made by a car. We walked into the house to see a women crying and what looks to be her husband trying to calm her down. Police were there but didn't seem like they were helping. They soon explained to us that they herd a whistle around 1 Am and when they went to go see there son, he wasn't there.

Several minutes later we got back into the main ship and went to the lab were Bruce was busy looking for similar distances. "What do you have so far," I ask with Natasha and Tony Following. "Well the gap is five feet and the only one that I could find was standard gauge train tracks..." I then thought of how they said something about a whistle.
