Chi blinked multiple times, glancing towards the door then to her weaboo buddy- I mean, sister. “Eto… nani [1]? What happened just now?” She wasn’t sure if her ears deceived her just now or because of her hunger that made her imagine things.
“Heeh? Doushitano, kimi [2]? Did something happen?” her fussy onee-chan’s worried voice snapped her out of her thoughts. She was so focused on something (that’s probably unimportant) that she didn’t notice the look on the other’s face until now.
“Ie. Nandemonai [3],” she replied, waving off her confusion. And, as if she just remembered something, faced her sister with an unreadable expression. “Ah, but I have to ask you this…”
“…Mm?”
“Why do I have the feeling that our weaboo-ness began to rise more?”
The two could only stare dumbly at each other and blink.
Congratulations! Chi and Chandee leveled up!

Hiding in the bushes, one of the so-called “true” K-pop fans who escaped the pointless war watched the scene that had unfolded before her and narrowed her eyes at the two in disbelief, muttering,
“… They’ve been standing there the whole time they only actually opened the door after saying that?”
