Chapter 4 - The Prank

Another day and it was weekend so I get to enjoy it but then Takagi-San called me.

Takagi: Hey Nishikata!
Nishikata: Uhh Hello Takagi-San!
Takagi: Can you come to my house I'm a little bit sick..
Nishikata: Huh?
Takagi: P-please, I-i need you~~
Nishikata: Nah, it's a prank I know it..
Nishikata: Hello? Takagi-San?
Nishikata: TAKAGI-SAN??!

I ended the call and went to her house quickly, I then reached her house and saw her mom crying.
Nishikata: What is it? Is Takagi-San okay?
Takagi's Mom: Just go check her, she's u-upstairs.
Nishikata: O-ok..

I went in the house and continued in the stairs, up there I found Takagi-San's room and went in. I saw her there just lying down in bed still.

Nishikata: Takagi-San?!? Are you okay?! Takagi-San!! Wake Up! Please!!! Don't tell me your.... Nonono just please wake up!

I didn't know why I was acting like that but as I was talking I kept on shaking her but she was still not moving. So suddenly I couldn't stop myself but to hug her. I was crying and hugging here at the same time. Then I heard her laugh quietly.

Nishikata: Huh?
Takagi: HAHAHAAHAHHAHAAH!
Nishikata: WHAAATT?!?
Takagi's Mom: Nice one Takagi! HAHAHAAH!
Nishikata: TAKAGI-SAN!!
Takagi: HAAHHAHHA! Why were you crying?
Nishikata: I don't know.
Takagi: Hmmmm?
Nishikata: I don't know..
Tagaki: Then why are you turning bright red?
Nishikata: I am?
Takagi: Yes, you are.
Nishikata: ....
Takagi's Mom: Well I gotta be going, I was supposed to go early but I wanted Takagi to be happy so I let her tease you.
Nishikata: Fine.
Takagi's Mom: Well, I'll be back tomorrow.
Nishikata: Tomorrow?
Takagi's Mom: Yeah, Takagi wanted you to be the one to take care of her.
Nishikata: Really? Ok..
Takagi: Thanks Nishikata!
Nishikata: No problem.
Takagi: You are red again.
Nishikata: No, I'M NOT!
Takagi: HAHAHHAHA! (coughs)
Nishikata: Are you okay?
Takagi: Yeah, I just have a fever.
Nishikata: Then why do you laugh so hard?
Takagi: Well I was energetic that time.
Takagi's Mom: Bye guys!
Both Takagi and Nishikata: Bye!
