Im in a different land?

Four looked all around him, he saw everyday things on legs interacting with eachother, there was a soy sauce packet talking to a table...? "How odd" he thought. Well he got up and started asking around. 

"Have you seen--" Four asked a watering can. "GUAHHHHHH" She screamed and ran away.

Well that was weird. Thought Four. He went up to a burger. "Have you seen a short yellow X around here by any chance? The burger looked a little shocked, and asked "..what are you..?" "A number." replied Four.  "never seen one talk before or become alive before, but anyhoo I've heard from a friend of mine that he was keeping a letter with him" said the burger in an enthusiastic tone "Kinda prefer the term Algebraic Expression, but that works too." Replied Four. "well, here's his adress if you want to consult him." Then Burger handed him a piece of paper with a written adress on it. "Oh, well thank you very much!! (but please don't give your friend's adresses to random ppl-)" Exclaimed Four,
