Ned is Scared

Ned is scared. Not scared about his upcoming field trip, but about Peter.

Ever since he had run away from the field trip to Moma, he hasn't returned. It's roumered that Iron Man and Spider-Man got themselves captured though. Even though it's not solid information, he's still worried.

Peter would normally answer his calls as soon as he can, heck Peter keeps his ringer on while being Spider-Man. But still nothing.

It's been 2 weeks, and the it's finally time for their field trip. Flash has beaming at the fact that he could prove Peters internship is 'fake', but all Ned wanted to do is ask about Peter there.

The whole bus ride there he was going over his data limit, and searching the news. He remembered going to Peters house earlier on the week, to find May. She was terrified. In his room though, Ned found Peter's Stark Towers ID. Maybe that will be of some use.

Soon they arrived at the towers and Ned was the first, after the teacher to get in. They waited at the front and Ned was practically shaking. All he could think of was finding out what happened.

Then some lady sowed up, gave an intro and handed out white passes. At this point Ned was rubbing Peters pass in his pocket.

Then they all lined up and Ned decided not to use Peters pass. Though after he scanned his white pass, and went through the body scanner, the scanner turned red. He heard the ceiling say, "Check his pocket"

*Neds POV*

Ned was sweating. What should he do? Happy. Happy Hogan. During Homecoming, Peter told me to call Happy Hogan. Mr. Starks head of security.

"Hands up kid" the security guard said. He was wearing rubber gloves. What do they think is in my pocket?

I raise my hands knowing that they'll find the pass, and my phone. They also grabbed my backpack which just had my lunch and Laptop in.

"This is an level 10 clearance pass, for Peter Parker, ID picture does not match." He said out loud.

"Can I speak to Happy Hogan, Mr. Starks head of security? He knows who Peter Parker is." I said. I felt somthing wet go down my cheeks. Great I'm crying.

Then the security guard checking me looked at the guy in the chair, and he pulled out his phone. "Happy Hogan is on his way"

Ned didn't care about the fact that his class was staring at him breaking down.

Then Mr. Hogan arrived. He noticed me and signalled all his men to back away. He came close to me and then realized who I was. "Your the one that called me on behalf of Peter" he said.

"I'm as associate of Peter Parker" I mumbled. "I stole his ID card form his house, so I can find someone here who knows what happened."

Suddenly his face softened. "You here with your class?"

"Yeah" I answered.

"Ms, I'll be taking Ned for an bit. Countunie with the tour I'll return him before you depart for the school.".

I think the teacher was too excited for the tour because she agreed and then went off.

Then he grabbed the ID card from the desk and then told me to follow him. He lead me to an elevator that took us to level 60.

And then we arrived in some office and he told me to take a seat. He seemed much nicer.

"You know who Peter is right?" He asked.

"Spider-Man, sir do you know what happened to him?" I asked.

"Yeah he and Tony got caught on that big loop from space. They both are off world for all I know." He replied.

"Oh" that wasn't the answer I wanted.

"You want anything kid? Water?" He asked.

"Tissue" I mumbled. "Thanks"

"Kid do you want to go home? I can get you a lift, and I'll talk to your teacher." Happy Asked.

"Yeah" I replied.

Then he yelled out to the ceiling. "FRIDAY, can you tell a driver to be ready?"

"There is a driver ready at the front of the tower. Ned's teacher is questioning where he is." FRIDAY's voice replied.

"Tell her I'll be there in 10 minutes." Happy replied.

Then he lead me to a car and I told the driver where I live. I thanked him before the driver took off.

I was still worried about my friend, hopefully he'll be back safe.
