Chapter 6 Part 5 - The Legend

(An hour later)

The group walks through the black ground while Himiko looks at the dark purple sky in fear and gulps.
"... Ahem... is this your first time here?" Himiko asked Shuichi.
"Yes, But I heard many stories about it from my uncle and father," Shuichi told them, "Especially about my grandfather, Sparda,"

"Oh yea, about him..." Kaito said and then asks, "What's so special about that guy?"
"... Well... my grandfather is known as the dark knight and one of the most powerful demons out there," Shuichi explained, "However... during a war between demons and humans, where the demons are nearly winning in order to gain control over humanity... Sparda betrays them and side with the humans,"
"Damn! Talk about karma!" Kokichi joked.
"Hehe," Shuichi chuckled, "Yeah, well after the war, he sealed the demons away in the underworld with the Rebellion, the Yamato and his own blood. Later, he married a human woman named Eva and have twin sons... both happen to be my uncle and father,"
"So that's why those demons are crazy about your grandpa," Kaito said.
"Yes... that's the main reason why they tried to get revenge on my family for many years now," Shuichi said.
"... Man, that really sucks," Kokichi said.
"... It sure is..." Shuichi replied.

"... So... where are we heading...?" Maki asked.
"Don't know yet... hopefully, a demon might tell us," Shuichi said.
"... In that case, we have no choice, but to keep going..." Maki said.
"Yeah..."

The group continue walking and walking, hoping to find something to get them out of the underworld.
