Chapter 2 part 2 - The Surprise

PS - Sorry I didn't upload anything yesterday. It was my birthday yesterday and so, I was busy enjoying myself. Sorry about that. As an apology, I uploaded this alongside with PMC/Persona may cry. So, without further and do, let's continue with the story.

"Kokichi?" Shuichi asked as he stares at the shorter teen, who's tearing up, his cheeks is getting redder, and realised how much of a mess he is, "Kokichi!"

Shuichi runs up to Kokichi, catching everyone off guard, including Kaito's and Maki's.
"Shu-Shuichi?" Kaito asked in shock.
"What on earth is he doing?" Maki asked as well.

As he manages to get close to Kokichi, who is trying to wipe his tears with his hands, but the tears keep coming.
"Kokichi, calm down, I'm here!" Shuichi told him as he puts both of his hands on his shoulders, forcing Kokichi to look at his face, "Kokichi...You really do care, don't you?"

There was a pause between the boys and everybody else, not knowing how to react or what to do...until Kokichi looks away with his cheeks become blushy, even up to his ears, as he is too embarrassed to look at his crush's face, making the young detective confused.
"Are...are you okay, Kokichi?" Shuichi asked in confusion as he looks closer at the leader's face, when...Kokichi looks at the detective, takes out his scarf, which made the blue-haired boy confused as well as everyone else, wraps around his neck and pull him in for a kiss, catching everyone off guard, but further pushes it as Shuichi accepts it.

"NYEH!" Himiko screamed.
"Holy shit!" Miu shouted, "Damn it! Where's the fucking camera when you need it?!"
"Huh? HUH? Gonta's so confused!"
"..." Maki didn't say anything except with a death glare.
"I don't-I-what just happen?!" Kiibo asked in shock and confusion as he tries to comprehend what just happen.
"What the hell?!" Kaito shouted as he quickly runs up to the boys and grabs Shuichi from the collar and pull him away from the supreme leader.

"Ka-Kaito!" Shuichi shouted as Kaito pushes Kokichi to the floor and walks up to the young detective with his hand on his shoulder.
"Look Shuichi...if you like guys, I don't mind, it's okay in my book, but..." Kaito told him, then pointed at Kokichi in anger, "Why Kokichi?! Out of all the guys you could have go out with, you choose Kokichi? Why?"
"I...I...I just love him, okay?!" Shuichi stuttered a bit, "Kaito...what are you doing?"
"Look, I'm just really concern, that's all," Kaito told him, "What if Kokichi is lying and planning on abusing you! What if he-"
"I'M NOT!"

Kaito and everybody else was caught off guard as they turned all of their attention to Kokichi, the ultimate supreme leader, yelled out as he stands up and clearly upset.
"...I...I would never...ever...hurt Shuichi!" Kokichi shouted, "...Shuichi is the first person to ever have the same feelings as me...the first person I can trust in this fucking hellhole...I...love him too much to that..."
"Obviously you're just lying!"
"Well, why do you think I lie so much! To survive, that's why!" Kokichi shouted at them, "All I wanted is to see my friends and brother again! I just wanted to survive just like everyone else here!"

Then...more silence happened...nobody knows what to say at all until Kokichi interrupted it.
"Look...I'm really not in a mood to lie right now and...I know I did terrible things in the past, but even then, all I'm trying to do is trying to get everybody and me to survive this hellhole..." Kokichi told them with a saddened look, then...he decides to walk away, feeling very upset as he flew out of the room, leaving everyone speechless again.

Kaito takes a glance at Shuichi, who is clearly giving a terrifying glare at him, even scarier then Maki's, which is quite an achievement in itself.
"Shuichi...I..."
"Shut the fuck up Kaito," Shuichi told him off in a deeper and echoic tone and his eyes glowing blue, catching everyone off guard as the detective run away, leaving the young future astronaut alone with the others.
"Kaito?" The assassin asked the purple-haired boy, who sighed and looks at her with a warm smile.
"Don't worry about me, Maki-roll," Kaito told her, then he looks at the door, "I'm more worried about Shuichi, come on, we need to go after him!"
