|| Hayley's POV ||
We got home and immediately went into the kitchen. We were soooo hungry. I love these girls. They make me really happy.
L: Hayley!
Lauren just whisper-screamed at me. Wait, where was Lauren? I looked around and then I saw her. She was in a closet. Why? I justed busted out laughing and she did too. She motioned for me to come there.
Ha: What are you doing in here?
I say still laughing.
L: I found something out about Kenzie!
Ha: what do you mean? Is it bad? Does she have cancer?!?!
I said that getting louder and louder and I had hoped the people outside hadn't heard me because whatever Lauren found out, it was a secret.
L: No! But I think she likes Johnny.
Ha: But they broke up!
Lauren explains how they were never really dating and they didn't really like each other.
Ha: oh… but how did you find out?
L: Well… I may have looked on Johnny's Snapchat and saw a text from Kenzie talking about how she wished that they could date for real…
Oh no! What about Annie! I can't let my sister's heart be crushed, but I also can't let Kenzie's heart be crushed! There was no way this would end in a good way.
Ha: Let's bring her in the closet and interrogate her.
L: Whoa, big word, good job!
Ha: Thanks I learned it yesterday!
|| Kenzie's POV ||
Nadia, Annie, and I watched Hayley “sneak” into the closet and we were laughing the entire time.
Na: What do you think they're doing?
We were all still laughing.
A: Probably discussing a prank.
K: On us? Oh no, I hate pranks.
Hayley and Lauren opened the door and Hayley stuck her head out.
Ha: Kenzie! Come here!
She whispered to me.
K: I guess the prank is on you two!
Na: Nooo!
We were all still laughing. I went into the closet and they were not laughing. What was this about? Was it serious? Why are we in a closet if they're serious?
Ha: I heard the rumors that you and Johnny were only dating for publicity, is this true?
K: Uh, yeah…
Was this about Johnny? I don't want to talk about him.
L: I want you to know that we won't tell anybody if you don't want us to.
K: Tell anybody what?
Ha: Did you want it to be fake, or real?
K: When it first started, I was glad it was fake. I didn't like him more than a big brother.
L: And now?
K: Well…
Ha: Kenzie, tell us the story. We won't judge you. I'm sorry if we came off intimidating. I sometimes have that effect on people.
They all laughed and I loosened up a little.
K: I texted Johnny on Snapchat telling him that I did like him and that I wished our relationship was real. This was after we, “broke up” and I wanted to date him for real. I did not want to date him for real until after we broke up. But, he texted back saying, “I got my eyes on someone else, as in not you. Plus I have a feeling that you'll dump me for Hayden anyway. That's what everybody has been telling me.” So I responded, “Everybody?” And he said, “Ya know the fans. They keep saying that you will just break my heart and I believe them.”
At this point I was crying.
Ha: OMG, Kenz, you're amazing and you don't deserve Johnny.
K: I know, I know, but he doesn't know! Ugh, it isn't the fact that Johnny rejected me. I would be fine if he had just said, I'm interested in someone else, sorry. But, he said that the fans influenced them.
L: Kenz, don't call them fans. They're haters.
K: Okay, I was fine with the haters saying that stuff. I knew that people that are really close to me won't believe them. I was totally fine with it until Johnny said that THEY were the reason why he didn't want to date me. I thought he was better than to actually believe them instead of what he already knows about me!
L: UGH, HE'S SUCH A JERK!!!
Lauren screamed. Wait, SCREAMED?!
A: Lauren? What is going on in there?
Annie yelled from the other side. She opened the door and I looked the other way to hide my tears.
Na: Kenz?
K: Yeah, I'm fine just allergies I must be allergic to something in this close-
Annie hugs Kenzie and Hayley, Lauren, and Nadia join.
A: If you don't want to tell us what is going on, that's fine. I know that if something made me sad I would not want to repeat it. We can just swim if you want! Let's go to the pool!
I nod.
K: Thank you Annie.
A: Anything for you. Love you!
K: Love you too!
Ha and L: Let's swim!!
|| Katie's POV ||
All of the girls ran upstairs and changed into their swimsuit while I put out all the floaties, took out the pool cup holders, and put drinks inside them. I also put together a snack tray and a bunch of towels. I was ready to take pictures, boomerangs, and just sit and watch. I loved Annie and Hayley and their group.
|| Annie's POV ||
K: Johnny rejected me.
Kenzie blurted out of nowhere.
A: Kenzie, I'm so sorry.
K: But it was because of the fans, he believed them instead of me.
A: THAT JERK!
L: EXACTLY!
Na: OOOH WHAT A BUTTHEAD!!
K: butthead?
We all laughed really hard and ran downstairs to get in the pool. We all took a boomerang and posted it on my Instagram story. Johnny responded to it and said, “my girls❤️” usually, it would be normal for him to comment it but he texted me on Instagram saying it. I just responded with, “don't talk to me.” I was still so mad that he rejected Kenzie for THAT! Ugh, what a jerk! I definitely like him, but not right now! He responded saying, “Annie? What did I do?” I left him on read. I put my phone away and jumped back in the pool.
K: what's wrong?
I guess she noticed that I was mad.
A: It's Johnny.
K: Are you still mad about-
A: No, he texted me.
Na: OH NO HE DIDN'T!
L: What did he say?
Ha: did he ask you out?
I told them all what he said and then Lauren stormed out of the pool and called Johnny.
A: Lauren, what the heck are you doing?!
L: Just trust me!
K: okay…
Johnny picked up and said:
J: Hey Lolo! Wait- aren't you with Annie? What did I do? Why is she mad at me?
L: SHE ISN'T THE ONLY ONE, LOSER!
J: What did I do, Lauren please tell me!
Lauren then handed the phone to me!
A: Try and think.
J: Annie?
A: Think about what you could've done to one of us that caused us so much pain.
J: Just tell me who I did it to.
I looked over at Kenzie and she nodded.
A: It was Kenzie.
J: Oh no…
A: Yeah you're realizing your STUPID mistake now huh?
J: Hand the phone to her.
I handed the phone to her and she took it off speaker.
|| Kenzie's POV ||
Please don't break my heart again, please don't break my heart again.
K: What do you want Johnny?
J: Please forgive me. The real reason why I didn't want to go out with you wasn’t because I was afraid I would get hurt. Nobody commented on my page saying that you would hurt me. They were all saying that I would hurt you! They would attack me all day and night, no pun intended, and talk about how you don't deserve me. I saw them and I kinda believed them. I thought that you were too good for me and would leave me in a heartbeat once you realized that. I thought that you deserved better. But, now Kenz, I'm sorry but I still don't have those kind of feelings for you. I love you, gosh I love you Kenzie but not that type of love. I love you like a sister. You’re my beautiful, amazing, talented sister and I am lucky to have you in my life.
Well, he didn't break my heart again. That speech honestly made me cry. Annie looked over at me and saw the tears and thought that he was hurting me again. But that wasn't true. I shook my head to Annie but apparently she didn't know what that meant because it made her madder. I was about to say:
K: Johnny, I-
Annie snatched the phone out of my hand and screamed:
A: STOP HURTING HER!! YOU DON'T DESERVE-
I snatched the phone back and put it on speaker again. I heard him say:
J: Annie? Did I hurt her again? I'm so sor-
K: Gosh I love you Johnny, I forgive you. Please forgive Annie because she saw me crying, because yes that huge speech made me cry, and she thought you were being rude because you weren't on speaker. It was an honest accident and I love you.
J: I love you so much too.
K: Bye, John.
J: Bye, Kenz.
I hung up.
|| Annie's POV ||
What is going on?! Is she dating him? No!!! I want to date him!!! How could she not know that? Ughhhhhhh!
A: What did he say?
Kenzie told us what he said and we were all in tears by the end of it.
Ha: Wow. You're a lucky girl, Annie.
A: What is that supposed to mean?!
I pushed Hayley into the pool. I reached in to help her out but she pulled me in! While I was falling, I grabbed Nadia. Nadia went out of the pool and pushed Lauren in, then she grabbed Kenzie and jumped in still holding Kenzie. We were all laughing really hard.
K: But for real, Anns, do you like Johnny?
A: Yes.
All but Annie: AHHHHHHH!!!
They all screamed and freaked out.
Ha: LET'S PLAN THE WEDDING!!
A: hold up, hold up, we don't even know if he likes me back!
K: he does.
Na: we have to film again tomorrow, let's just ask him there!
A: No!
They all screamed again. This time out of frustration.
Ka: Hey, Annie, could you vlog for me, sweety?
A: Of course!
K: Wait, can I?!
A: Sure!
Katie hands Kenzie the camera.
K: (to vlog) Hey guys! It's me, Kenzie, and we are here with the gang. We have Anns, me, Nads, Lolo, and Hayhay.
A: In other words, Annie, Kenzie, Nadia, Lauren, and Hayley.
L: We should go live on Instagram!
K: Okay!
A: Okay guys, we are about to go live so bye, love you guys!
Kenzie blew a kiss then said:
K: How do I turn it off?
We all laughed and I pressed it for her. I went live on my Instagram while we were still in the pool. I was reading comments and they were all about the breakup.
A: How are you dealing with the breakup? Um, pretty good, these girls are helping me. Do you still like Hayden? No. Are you dating Johnny? No. Is Mackannie real? OF COURSE!

I hugged Kenzie and then I looked on and saw that Johnny joined. I whispered to Kenzie:
A: Johnny's here.
She whispered back:
K: Guest him.
A: (to live) Oh, hey John. I'm gonna guest you.
Annie guested John and all the comments were saying johannie.
J: Hey Anns!
A: Hey Johnny! Okay guys so comment questions for Johnny and me.
J: Are you and Annie dating? No.
Johnny looked at me.
A: (mumbling) Not yet…
A: Are Johnny and Hayden still friends?
Oh no. Why did I say that out loud?! I just looked at Johnny with the “sorry” look.
J: Um, yes.
While he was saying that, I was looking at who was on. Austin, Indi, fan, Hayden, fan… WAIT HAYDEN?!
I looked at Johnny with a helpless look and looked at the comments and Hayden had commented, “no we're not.”
J: Um, Annie so do you have… a uh… new song coming?
Johnny obviously read it. Thank you for changing the subject.
A: Actually I am in the process of writing one.
Na: You are?
A: Yeah
I said looking back at Nadia mouthing “tell you later”
J: Tell Lauren to come over here.
A: Lolo! Come here!
L: Here!
J: hi shishter!
L: Imitating James Charles now?
J: Maybe…
I was just standing there laughing.
Then I read a comment that Indi left.
A: Indi!! Hiii😍 oh you want us to sing a duet? Comment if you guys want us to sing a duet.
All of the comments were saying duet.
J: Okay, looks like we are singing a duet.
A: What song?
J: Well right now, I'm obsessed with Khalid so-
All the girls: LOVELY BY BILLIE EILISH AND KHALID
J: (laughing) okay.
Me and Johnny sang beautifully and everybody was saying that we should make a song together. In the back, all of the girls were just standing with their mouth wide open.
A: Did you guys like it?
J: I liked it!
A: Make a song together.. well @johannieprincess we will get back to you on that.

J: haha johannie princess that is a funny username.

A: yeah I don't get why ppl ship us you obviously like someone else.

Johnny started blushing and I looked over at Nadia. Oh did I not say, Johnny used to really like Nadia right after Jenzie broke up but Nadia never felt the same way but I think Johnny doesn't like her anymore.
J: What, no, not Nadia, it's somebody else.
A: AHHHH TEAAAAAA
K: SPILL THE TEA
L: OMG BRO I SMELL TEAAAA
j: why do you guys like the word tea so much?
Ha: TEAAAAAA
J: Okay, I like…
