|| Annie's POV ||
I was in the mall with my mom and Hayley. We were going to meet Johnny and Lauren there. I was very excited.
A: Hey Mom, I have to go to the bathroom I'll be right back.
I was walking to the bathroom until someone stopped me with a very passionate kiss. It seemed familiar so I assumed it was Johnny, he was supposed to meet me here. Thinking it was Johnny, I kissed back. The kiss lasted for about 10 seconds. Then, I pulled away to see the worst surprise in my life. This cannot be happening. I ran back to my parents and we continued what was planned. I didn't see the kisser again at all. We went home and I was sitting on my bed. Suddenly, I got a text from Lauren.
L (in text): hey.
A: Hey Lolo!
L: I need you to stay away from my brother.
A: excuse me?
L: You heard me.
A: Lauren, you're pranking me.
L: I'm not.
A: Why?
L: He can't afford to get hurt when you leave him for another guy.
A: you don't mean that
L: Just stay away from him.
A: Or what?
L: Or I'll leak your number.
A: I'll just get a new phone.
L: And I have something that you wouldn't want me posting…
A: what?
L: I saw you kissing Hayden. It would be a shame if…
A: Fine. I'll stay away from him.
L: Good.
A: I thought you were different Lauren.
L: I thought you were too. Also, if you tell anyone, I will leak the photos.
A: ok…
L: now go break up with him.
This was not Lauren. Not my sweet, caring Lauren. She would never do this to me. She had to be pranking me, right? Whatever. I'm not going to let those pictures get leaked. I called Johnny.
J: Annie hey!
A: Hey Johnny…
J: What's wrong?
A: I-i… can't tell you. I'll miss you but I cannot talk to you ever again… I'm so sorry..
J: Annie, w-wait what?
I hung up. By this point I was definitely crying. Why did Lauren do this? Why did Hayden do this? Why did this have to happen to ME?
