Incoming, Ava work on a case with Ethan on the mum while Connor work with Will on the dad and Nat and April work on the child

Nat: tough one huh?
Ava: yeah, the mum didn't make it
Will: the dad either
April: poor kid, how he'll cope with this?
Ava: it's going to be hard but he'll manage

Ava: he's like 16?

Ava: I lost both my parent and my sister in a car crash when I was 18

Ava: yeah, maybe just tired, I'll just shower then straight to bed
