Jack's P.O.V.

Wednesday, 2nd November 2014

I wake up to Mark snuggled into my bare shoulder and Chica laid next to us asleep. I sigh happily and lean back.

My little family.

I feel Mark stir in his sleep and I move my arm around his shoulder. I hear a sleepy mumble and rub his shoulder.

"Mornin'." He mumbles tiredly.

I kiss his forehead. In a millesecond, he has rolled over on top of me and is straddling my waist, his arms by the sides of my head supporting him

"Good morning to you too."

I smirk as he rubs his eyes adorably. I scan his entire beautiful body and he lays on my stomach.

"Baby, we have school today." I whisper, pulling him up onto his knees.

He groans. I peck his lips and jump off the bed.

I get dressed and we walk downstairs. Grabbing my beanie, we walk outside. Fresh snow crunches beneath my feet as I trudge to school. Mark sprints to keep up with my long and quick steps and we talk about magnets for some reason.

Time skip to school

I burst through Janice's door to only find her sat on the couch next to a girl I've never seen before. Her strawberry blonde hair falls down to just past her shoulders. Her cyan tips show from underneath her strong arms. Her shoulders sink back into the corner of the couch sighly. She pushes up her black and red glasses as she looks at me.

"Hey man." Janice greets us. "This is my friend, Fauna." (THE FORTH WALL IS BROKEN AND NO ONE FIX IT)

Fauna gives a small, awkward wave and bows like Janice does.

"Hey." She says. We introduce ourselves and she plops back down on the couch. Janice walks back to her chair, her black hoodie dress swaying. I spot some rose on Fauna's cheeks and raise an eyebrow at her. She just blushes and looks away. Me and Mark sit on the couch as we talk. Fauna stays silent as she scribbles something in a turquoise notebook.

"Hey Janice." She mumbles. "Found out where the keys are."

Janice nods and sits on the arm next to Fauna. They whisper something and Janice smirks evilly.

"The plan is slowly growing." Janice swings her legs over the arm of the couch. Fauna leans back and sighs.

"What are you planning?" I question, raising an eyebrow.

"Spring Fling. Rainbow paint onto Regina and ultimate coming out plan. Anyone how boos or rolls their eyes I will personally murder slowly." Fauna states. Mark and I chuckle and she smiles for the first time so far. We talk about stuff, Fauna warming up to us as she rants about women's jean pockets. About how they are so useless, small and sometimes fake. And how the fake ones piss her off so much. She eventually stops talking and leans further back into the couch. After a while of her voice not flowing through the room, she pulls her hood up and walks out of the room without saying a word.

Janice sighs and watches her sadly. The door clicking behind her echoes through the room followed by silence. Janice smiles at my confused and worried expression.

"She'll warm up to you Jack."

"W-what did I do?" I stutter.

"Nothing. She's just in a bad position right now." She sighs.

Mark rubs my shoulder gently, comforting me.

~BBEEEELLLL~

We walk to class and I slam down into my chair.

Mark's P.O.V.

I nervously step into my new classroom. The teacher smiles at me and turns on the projector. Gesturing to the back of the room, I spot an empty table tucked away in the corner.

Great. I best work alone and quietly.

I admire the artwork behind me as I wait for the other students to arrive. The fields are wast, full of mountains of books. Creatures roam around and references to my favourite novels are spread across the beautiful artwork. I smile and drop my bags down, pulling out my book. The teachers introduce themselves to me. Mr Wallis walks back to his desk as Mr Egg talks to me. The other students arrive and we sit in silence, reading. After a while of comfortable reading, the door clicks open. My head perks up, followed by only a few other students before then immediately going back to their books. I look to the door to see Fauna, hood still up and a puffy face. Mr Wallis and Fauna talk at the front of the room, my ears picking up every word.

"Fauna, I'm worried about you..." Mr Egg whispers.

"This is happening regularly now." Mr Wallis chimes in.

Fauna looks away, sniffing. Mr Egg and Mr Wallis look at each other worryingly as she walks over to the desk, not seeing me. My eyes widen as she walks over to my side. I tap her shoulder gently and she jumps slightly, staring at me.

"God damn it ya scared me..." She holds her head in her hands. I stroke her shoulder, earning worried and warm smiles from Mr Egg and Mr Wallis. She smiles slightly and grabs her book. We read for a while before Mr Wallis asks us to put down the books. We look up to see a new unit of language change. The lesson goes by with a soft, happy and peaceful atmosphere. I walk outside to see Janice, leaning against the wall with her hood up, seemingly waiting for someone. I raise an eyebrow at her as she blushes and looks away.

Something's up with them two.

I smile and turn the corner only to be tackled by Jack. I shout before recognising the warm arms around my waist. I allow him to pull me to Janice's room. He slams the door behind us and turns to me. His face is red and puffy, heartbreaking tears streaming down his cheeks. I pull him into my arms, his hot tears running down my shirt, slowly soaking it. I shush him and rub his back, trying to stop him from hyperventilating. We plop on the couch, scooting to the corner and leaning against the side. I rock him back and forth as he sobs down my shoulder.

"What happened?" I whisper once he calmed down. I kiss his green hair, allowing him to let out the last few sobs into my shoulder.

"I-I..." He mumbles. He slips his head away from my soaked shoulder. He sniffs and still clings onto my shoulder.

"I auditioned f-for Mean Guys..." He looks away from me.

I hold his head in my hands and force him to look at me. I smile and kiss his nose.

"I'm absolutely sure you did amazing, baby. No doubt." I whisper reassuringly in his ear.

"N-no... it really wasn't..." He chokes.

"Don't think like that. You. Did. Amazing. Get that in your dramatic head of yours." I state, holding the side of his head. He stares at me with tired and sad eyes. He scans my face for any sign of lying. Silence fills the room. I peck his lips sweetly after a while. We shift and he lays on my chest.

"Baby, you definitely did amazing. Don't think of these things." I whisper, rubbing his back. Janice gently pushes open the door, barely illuminating the already dim room. Jack and I are concealed by shadows. Janice and Fauna walk into the room, Janice dragging her inside. Fauna's hood is up, covering her face in shadows.

"Fauna, you can't live like this..." Janice murmurs.

"Who says I can't? I've lived till this moment. Because I somehow make people smile." Fauna croaks.

A/N

Okay so this is already 1273 words long. Imma stop before I starve.
