I looked at the clock.
4:32 it read.
I need to get ready.
I chose a nice,and simple outfit.
A yellow crop top and a pair of light washed jeans.
I started doing my makeup.
I decided to keep it simple as well.
Some concealer, mascara,highlighter and lip balm.
After I was ready I went to tristan's room.
I saw Shawn getting tristan ready.
Oh god,my heart melted at the sight.
I felt hot tears brimming my eyes as tristan ran up to me.
I sat down on the floor.
"Don't cry momma." He said wiping a tear.
Shawn sat in the floor beside me and wrapped his arms around me and tristan.
"You both are really important to me.
I love you both very much." He said.
"Now come on we're getting late!" Shawn said getting up.
I got up and took my purse,phone and we were headed to the Mendes Residence.
We got our of the car.
Shawn held my hands.
"There's no need to be nervous.
They will love you!" Shawn said wrapping his arms around me.
"Well,I hope so." I said.
Shawn knocked on the door.
My heart beat quickened as the door opened revealing a beautiful lady.
"Hello mom!" Shawn said hugging her.
Me and tristan stood there.
"Come in dear." She said.
OH MY GOD I don't know what to do.
A kidnapper is losing her shit here.
Agh.
"Please take a seat." She said.
"Hello Mr Mendes." I said aa I saw Shawn's dad sitting on the couch.
"Hello Anna!
Call me Manny!" He said.
"Omg hiiii you're Anna right?!" A beautiful and cuTe girl came running downstairs.
"Hi!
Yea I'm Anna!" I said.
She hugged me.
Oh gosh!
I hugged her back.
"You're so prettyyy!" She said aid aid sitting down next to me.
I saw Shawn smirking at me from the corner of my eye.
Aaliyah and tristan were playing.
"First,let's have dinner." Mrs Mendes said.
"Yeah of course." Manny said.
"Shawn always talka about you." Aaliyah said and walked to the dining hall.
"Look u said they will love you." He said giving me a small kiss.
"Let's go!" I said.
Mrs mendes had made Fettuccine Alfredo.
Ooof thas my favorite!
We sat on the dining table.
There was a silence while we were eating.
As we were eating, Manny and Mrs Mendes asked me questions.
About me.
And I was honestly answering.
To be honest,they're really a family you would want to be around.
"What about your parents?" Manny asked.
My eyes were filled with tears but I fought them and answered.
"My parents passed away in a car accident 7 years ago." I said.
"Oh my god I'm so sorry dear!" Mrs mendes got out of her place and came up to me.
She wrapped her arms around me.
"It's Okay dear don't cry.
They're gone to a better place." She calmed me down.
Shawn knew about my parents.
We had finished eating and we were all sitting on the couch.
"So everyone,I have a surprise for yall!" Shawn said.
