Chapter Two

"So I can go back?" I asked.

"Yes, you can continue on to the afterlife or you can go back to the month you died." It answered. I still wasn't sure if it was anything but a voice. "If you can somehow reverse your death you won't be coming back here for a long time. If you can't, you don't get an afterlife. Your soul will belong to me."

I started to think about my old life. I'd really enjoyed being a person. I'd liked existing. If I was dead wouldn't I loose my soul anyway? Whats the point of going the "other side" if I'm there all alone?

"Okay then, you've got yourself a deal." I said blankly. And then everything disappeared, again. These transitions were getting annoying. But I felt like I was falling not like I was sitting down the way I was before, but finally it just stopped. I landed in a grassy area, the stars were masked by a large grey group of clouds. It looked like it was going to rain. I was getting up to try and find shelter when I noticed a tire swing and a yellow Punch Buggy. My yellow Punch Buggy! I was home! I ran up to the porch and banged on the front door. Nobody came to answer it so I tried ringing the doorbell. Nothing happened again. I was about to try knocking again when my hand glided through the solid mahogany door like it was noting.

Ik, this is a really short chapter. Please don't hate me! I forgot my Wattpad username (silly me!) and was logged out for a while and when I got back on I wasn't sure what to write. I'll try to make up for it in Chapter 3.
