As I'm walking in the school parking lot, Noah runs up behind me. "Where are you going, Caty?" He says, putting an arm around me. I simply lift his hand and drop it beside him. "Caitlin," I say. "And I'm going to the bus stop," I say, walking faster.
"No way! I'm going there too!" Noah says, catching up to me. I roll my eyes and keep walking. "Why? You just got a new car. You told everyone and it was all over your Instagram story." I say.

"Well, I thought it'd be nice to walk this morning, but I'm too tired to walk back." He says and I sigh sarcastically.
"Oh, I know! Having girls devoted to your entire life is exhausting. Girls being at your beck and call is too much to bare!" I say dramatically. Noah laughs slightly.
"Okay, okay, I deserve that." He said and I nod. We reach the bus stop and I sit down.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~🖤~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
During the bus ride, I was sitting at the back next to the window, while Noah sat across from me, talking to Marissa. She's the literal perfect girl; Blonde hair, blue eyes and gorgeous, but, she's evil. She finds guys, tricks them into liking her, then chews them up and spits them out. We used to be friends, in middle school. Then I had my first boyfriend, Josh Coban, and her being prettier and better than me, he started to fall for her. When she found out, she started flirting with him, acting innocent around him, acting all vulnerable around him so he'd have to be the 'big man' and save her. Completely stabbed me in the back. So he broke up with me, then she left him alone. I don't know why, but now she won't talk to me. Fine by me though, I don't like her anymore, she's turned into a complete hoe. I turn to the window and rest my head against it, trying to ignore their conversation. She's trying to tell him about how she's a three-year running dance champion for this dance competition thing, I don't know. "Oh my god! Do you work out a lot?" She exclaims. I roll my eyes. "Yea, I go to the gym every Tuesday and Thursday," Noah says. Marissa grabs his upper-arm and exclaims. "Wow! I can tell!" She says. Then, she starts giggling wildly. I take out my phone and earphones from my pocket and play my music, playing it loudly. Soon, the bus stops, and Marissa pretends to swing forward and hit her head on the seat in front of her. I laugh slightly as Noah asks if she's okay. She nods, then holds her head with her hand. Noah checked her out and makes sure she's okay. I roll my eyes and smile slightly at how stupid Noah must be. He's either really gullible or really nice... definitely gullible. Marissa bends down and picks up her bag. "Well, this is my stop. Bye, Noah." She says, placing a hand on his shoulder. Then she turns to me. "Bye, Caity!" She says, waving and pretending we're friends. I wave 'till she turns around, then I immediately flip her off. Noah looks at me and laughs. "Whoa, not a fan of Marissa?" He asks. I look over at him. "How'd you know?" I ask rhetorically. Noah moves from his seat to mine. "What's your problem with her?" He asks. I sigh and take out my earphones.
"Well, for starters, she'll do anything for attention, especially from guys," I say. He lets out a slight laugh and looks at me. "How so?" He asks. I look up at him. Could he not tell? I ask myself. I turn so I can face him properly with one leg on the seat. "Are you serious? She literally threw herself against a seat so you could shower her with sympathy," I say. Noah shakes his head and smiles. "She's just... clumsy." He says.
"You can't seriously believe that?" I say. Noah just shrugs. I look and turn towards the front of the bus and rest my arm against the windowsill. "Agree to disagree, then."
So that was chapter 3! Okay, I need to clear some things up;
A) Everyone that has been introduced so far is 16, and everyone except for Caitlin and Bianca have a great life... so far I guess
B) Noah and Caitlin are, like, half friends. They've known each other since elementary school and they are usually in the same classes, but they've never actually spent alone time with each other. (Bus rides and walks don't count, I mean like going to each other's houses or hanging out somewhere on the weekends alone or something.)
C) I don't have a title for this book yet, that's why its just ([No Title]). I have no idea what to name this, so if you have any ideas, please message me or comment because I am actually stumped😅
Anyways, Thank you for reading this chapter, and thank you if you actually managed to read until here, hope you enjoyed it!
