4 | Meet Up P.1

Thank god for the weekends. I can just relax and literally do whatever I want. Its 10 am right now... I woke up too late to watch the sunrise. Oh well. I got up and sat on the couch, turning the TV on and checking my phone. 7 miss calls from an unknown number? Who the hell would this be? I call the number back and listen to the melodic tones.

??? - Hello?

C - Hi, this is Caitlin. You called me?

??? - Caity!

I didn't need to ask. The voice belonged to Noah. God, it's like his voice haunts me.

C - Noah. Why'd you call me? No, how'd you call me?

N - Well, my older sister works at the front desk so...

C - No! Did you really get my number from the school books??

N - No I did not... My sister did.

C - Oh my god you're actually stalking me.
I go to hang up.

N - No don't hang up!

I pull my finger away from the screen and put it back up to my face.

N - I'm not stalking you.

C - Mhm. Then why'd you call me?

N - I... uh...

C - That's what I thought. Goodbye, Noah.
I go to hang up again when Noah yells through the phone.

N - I need the notes!

C - The biology notes? That you so confidently refused to write down?

N - Look, Caitlyn if I don't bring my grades up I can't be on the team.

C - Team?

N - Yea, football? Oh right! You don't go to those games because you have no one to go with.

C - No, I don't go to those things because if I wanted to watch a bunch of animals pummel each other to the ground, I'd throw a raw steak into the lion exhibit.
Noah laughs.

N - Okay, good point. Just please give me the notes.

C - How? It's Saturday morning and I don't have a car.

N - Look out the window.

I walk over to the window to see none other than Noah Ember outside with his new, Persian blue car.

C - No.

N - Yes. You coming?

C - Ugh. Fine. I'll be down in a sec

Hey guys! Sorry I haven't been on in... more than 4 months😅 but I just got into the holidays so I'm ready to start writing again!

So this is only part 1 of this chapter, that's why it's so short. I have a plan for like, later in the book but I can't put it in yet for obvious reasons😂 

Also, I finally came up with a title! I promise I'll try to write more and just comment any fanfictions or stories you want me to write.
