Antara's POV
"Ms. Antara, you can now proceed to the Principal's office." my adviser stated.
I nodded as response and excuse myself to go to the office. I'm nervous as hell. I know I'm a good student and tops at almost everything but it's my first time to be called to the principal's office all by myself.
Tangina naman ih. Wala naman akong ginawang masama ngayong araw ah?
I reached the end of the hallway, my body facing the door of the office that I've been called.
Knock. Knock. Knock.
"You may come in Ms. Antara."
I opened the door using the doorknob and let myself in.
"Pinatawag niyo po daw ako?" sambit ko.
Mrs. Alliana dela Torre. Our school principal is not what you think of. She's beautiful, walang keme hindi mo talaga mahahalata na matanda na siya. She's also strict, typical for a principal but she has a kind heart and very considerate.
"Please take a sit Ms. Antara because there's a lot of things we need to discuss."
I took the seat in front of her and waited her to initiate the conversation.
"So as you know, the top student from this school will be send as exchange student at Montreal High" sambit ni Mrs. Dela Torre
Yes. Tama ang nabasa niyo. Our school is the most prestigious school among all the schools in the country.Hence, only the top student of this school will be send to Montreal High, our rival school to test the student's intelligence and competency to top.
I nodded in agreement of the words she just said. Madali lang naman kasi 3 months lang ako dun magstay.
She sighed, "It's been decided na you will stay at the specialized high school throughout the school year."
HANUDAW?!
"B-but ma'am, only three months is the maximum amount of time to prove myself to top in that school." bulalas ko.
"No buts Ms. Antara. Now you may go now" she demanded calmly
Anong kagaguhan 'to? Pinagsasabi mo diyan ma'am ha?!
"You have one week. One week before your departure to Montreal High. " she replied.
