Antara's POV
I'm nervous right now. The basketball game will start any minute right now. I'm right here sitting on the bench beside my classmates and Cryscel of course.
"You'll do well at the game, Antara. Chill out!" Crys stated trying to calm me down.
I just nodded at her statement. Yeah, I'll do good at this game. I've put so much effort for this so it's going to be okay. It's going to be alright.
I scanned my hazelnut brown eyes to the crowd. Where are you? I bit my lower lip in disappointment. I don't know why I'm searching for him and why I'm disappointed. I just want him here. I want you here.
"Looking for me, princess?"
I almost yelp in surprise but when I turned around, I immediately hugged him tight. I felt so relieved and happy that he came to see me play in the game.
"You came." I said.
He smiles, "How could I miss the game of my baby?"
I blushed at his sweet words. Tyson is such a sweet talker. He can make you blush anytime. He knows exactly what words to used and how to say it tastefully.
"EhEm EhEm." I snapped back to reality realizing that my best friend is right beside me witnessing the whole scene.
I just rolled my eyes at her. "The game is going to start in 1 minute. The team is waiting got you, Ara." Cryscel stated giving me the you-gotta-tell-me-everything-later-look.
I nodded, "I'll be there in a bit" then she walked away.
Tyson moved closed to me then leans down and kissed me on the forehead, "Better make me proud, darling."
I nodded as I give him my sweetest smile then bid my farewell to join my team waiting for me at the court.
Tyson's POV
I fixed my eyes on Antara as she positioned herself to shoot the final ball for them to win the game. So far, she's doing great the entire game but this shot will determine the result.She got a good posture. I must taught her very well. She jumped as she tried shoot the ball into the basket. All eyes on her.
The crowd started cheering louder. Then a moment came when her team mates rushed into her and hugged her tight. Then it hits me she did it! My baby did it! Fvck! I'm so happy!
I knew she could do it. She never fails to amaze me.
I can see her ran into me wearing the biggest smile she has then hug me tight which I gladly returned to her.
She pulled away, "I did it, Tyson! We won-
I didn't let her finish her sentence. I smashed my lips against her savouring them. Fvck. She always taste like strawberries. She responded into the kiss. I lifted her and put her on my lap as I pinned her on the wall behind me. She placed her arms around my neck pulling me closer. I couldn't be much happier.
I'm the first one to pulled away. Letting us catch our breaths together. I leaned my forehead on hers, "You did great baby. I'm so proud." I said while looking into her eyes.
I can see how her lips formed into a smile after I say those words. I saw how her cheeks blushed. She's just so beautiful to be true.
"I love you Antara." I stated looking only into her eyes.
Her smile grows wider, "I love you too, dummy."
With that I couldn't help but to kissed her again. This time it's soft yet sweet kiss letting us feel our feelings growing for each other.
Antara's POV
"You gotta tell me everything, Ara." pagkukulit ni Cryscel saken.
I rolled my eyes, "I don't know where to start."
"Start from the very beginning."
"You're so annoying."
"I'll take that as a compliment. Thank you. Now spill."
"I met him at the park-
"HEEEEY GUYS! WE'RE HERE!" screamed Duke while kicking the door open bringing Tyson with him.
Cryscel just rolled her eyes at her boyfriend, "Great Duke, you just ruined our moment here."
"Ehh? What did we miss?"
"Nothing you dickhead!" yells Crys
In case if you're wondering we're in Duke's house for a movie marathon with Cryscel, Tyson and me. We sneaked out from school on the way here. We decided spend more time together because there's only a month left for me to go back to my old school to finish my studies.
While the two are busy arguing, Tyson sat beside me placing his arm around my waist pulling me closer to him.
"How's my baby doing?" Tyson asks
"Shut up Ty."
"What? I'm just asking how you're doing."
"I'm doing fine until you came."
He faked a hurt face, "Ouch. That hurts."
I snuggled him into a hug resulting for us to fall into the couch, cuddling each other.
"Wow. Pamamahay ko 'to ta's dito kayo naglalandian? Aba pakyu kayo."
"Just shut up Duke. Don't be a KJ." Tyson replied which made Duke to shut up.
We spent the night cuddling each other. Laughing, teasing and arguing about things inserts Duke and Cryscel. Pizza boxes and Doritos scattered on the floor. Coca Cola drinks spilled everywhere. I didn't know that we're making memories, all I know is we are just having fun.
I stared at them with a smile on my face, cherishing every moment, minute and second that will pass. I'm going to miss you guys. So damn much.
