Antara's POV
It seems like forever when Cryscel tour me around the campus. She is really the type of girl that can talk about anything and everything without having a pause. I really salute myself for surviving this.
We're stuck in the cafeteria right now due to Cryscel's hunger. This girl really has a big appetite contrast to her small and slim body.
"Uy Antara! Gusto mo?" sabi niya habang inaabot sakin ang tatlong piraso ng french fries.
Aabotin ko na sana kaso, "Bili ka ng sayo hahahahha!" bulalas niya habang nilamon ang tatlong piraso ng fries na inalok niya kanina.
Aba tanginang hayop na 'to. Lakas makabadtrip ah.
Pagkatapos naming pumunta sa cafeteria , dumiretso na kami sa dorm namin para magpahinga. Inayos ko na lang din ang aking mga gamit para makapaghinga na talaga ako ng tuluyan.
After hours of organizing my things, I decided na maglibot libot muna ako nang mag isa para naman makahinga ako papaano. Umalis din naman si Cryscel dahil may aasikasuhin daw siyang mga bagay bagay.
I wandered around the hall until I found myself walking into a park. It's beautiful. I thought to myself. Hindi ko na talaga mapigilan ang mapahinto at umupo sa ilalalim ng puno and let myself admire the surroundings.
I plugged my earphones on and let my eyelids close to rest even just a minute.
*inserts Paper Hearts*
"Hey!" Aray! "Wake up you monkey!" Pesteng hinyaupak nato! Ang sakit ng noo ko ha?!
"Fvck!" I cussed while opening my eyes to see someone flickering my forehead. Not just someone, a-good-looking-slash-gorgeous-someone.
I stare at the handsome boy in front of me. Parang napansin din niya ang pagtitig ko dahil ngumisi siya,"Take a photo, it'll last longer."
"I would but flash photography scares animals." I replied back giving him my sweetest smile sabay walk out sa eksena.
Peste siya ha?! Isang gwapong peste! Buset!
I dragged myself into our dorm because I feel like eating a variety of foods with Cryscel. I'm really hungry. Then we went together to the cafeteria. She murmured that there is a lot of things that she needed to do this month. It's nice seeing her face getting pissed and annoyed.
We ordered a variety of foods indeed but just enough for us to finish it.
"Hey Ara, where did you go earlier?" she said while shoving lasagna on her mouth.
I just shrugged I don't feel like telling my stupid encounter with that guy. It went hours when we keep eating, shoving foods into our mouths. She also told me that there will be an acquaintance party tomorrow night but I chose not to go. I will just rest my ass off the whole day.
"Now, shall we go?" I asked her.
She smiled, "We shall."
We're walking silently on our way to our dorm. I guessed we are both tired. When we arrived at our dorm, I rushed to my bed and throw myself into it. How comfy.
Basically our dorm is really extravagant. Halatang halata na mayaman talaga ang eskwelahan na ito. Mas maganda pa ito kaysa sa mga five star hotels na napuntahan ko. It has a British with the hint of Italian dorm style. It's bongga but also relaxing enough for the eyes to see.
"Psst Crys." I called, "Are you asleep?"
She yawned, "Not really."
I just rolled my eyes and chuckled, "I just want to thank you for today."
"No biggie Ara." she replied while smiling at me. "Now, sleep." she added.
I nodded at her demand then close my eyes not to sleep but to over think about things. Over thinking has become my hobby before I fall asleep. I spent hours of that before I fell into a deep deep sleep.
zzzZzzzz zzzZzzzz zzzZzzzz zzzZzzzz
"Uy!" yugyog "Ara! Gising na!" yugyog
I turned to the other side of the bed,"HmmmMmmm."
"It's already 2:00 pm, Ara. Hindi ka pa nga nakaprepare sa mga gamit mo mamaya." Mamaya? Anong meron mamaya?
"The acquaintance party remember?" she added.
"No, I don't want to go. You can go without me." still not opening my eyes.
"It's compulsory Ara because you're the exchange student of Pastel Varley High. You need to be there. The school directors are counting on you to be there."
Napadilat ako bigla sa mga salita na nabitawan niya.
"And you're just telling me this now?" I said while getting up the bed.
"Can I go to the acquaintance party wearing pants and shirt?" dagdag ko pa which made Cryscel to roll her eyes before dragging me out of our dorm to God knows where.
