The crossing.

Chapter 1

I opened my eyes as I saw the sun halfway up in the sky. I looked around and it was the same as always.

A Wooden old desk in the corner along with a wooden old chair, a small mirror desk with a wooden old chair, the same old wooden door, the same window looking out into the woods.

I got out of bed and looked at the clock, 5:10AM.

My eyes widened as I ran across the old room gathering my clothes. I got a work dress, with pockets, and I grabbed my hairbrush and brushed through my hair.

I went to the bathroom an showered. I threw on my clothes after and straightened my hair with nothing but my fingers.

I put on my old shoes and went out the door.

Once out the door, a cool breeze hits me making bumps form on both of my arms. I walk on the dirt trail threw the woods and In a short distance I see the fence in which people should never pass unless they are thrown out of town.

I hear leaves crunch behind my and my breath hitches. I turn around to find.... One of the town members, Cameron Dallas.

"Hey there..sorry to scare you like that, who are you?" He asked in a completely normal tone of voice.

I looked him in the eyes and I turned around and kept walking without a word.

'I shouldn't be talking to other members.' I thought.

'All the members my age like Cameron hurt me, make fun of me, and throw things at me' i took a deep breath as Cameron started talking again.

"I asked you a question..." he said sounding rather dissapointed..

Tears formed in my eyes as I remembered the time when I 'thought' I had friends.

Flashback**

Once I got ready to go out with my friends, I walked out of my house and said bye to my mom. I walked into the dirt trail and found my friend ashley. she was with 5 boys and 4 other girls.

I smiled and went with them. Ashley grabbed my hand and ran with me into the woods it was nighttime so it was really dark.

Ashley let go of my hand and I heard whispering.

Then it went quiet.

"Ashley....?" I said.

There was nothing but silence.

"Ashley...." I called out again.

Nothing.

I started to get scared, second by second, minute by Minute.

All of a sudden a bright light was flashed on me. one of the boys was holding the flashlight.

I looked at him as he smirked.

I saw Ashley and her friends from a circle around me.

"Ashley what are you guys doing?" I asked.

"We're playing a game" she said

I smiled "alright"

"Tag. your it." Ashley said to one of the boys.

I was getting up to run away but then the boy who was it started punching me in the gut.

I cried out as Ashley and her friends laughed.

"Ashley do something!!" I screamed in pain.

She just laughed.

I was punched numerous times.
