The crossing.

Chapter 2

I followed through the grass and wheat.

"Cameron.... how much longer?" I groaned.

Cameron turned around and had this little cute smile on his face " about 3 hours left"

I stopped in my Tracks and turned around. "I'm out"

"No no no I'm just kidding were here" Cameron said grabbing my arm.

I looked around and saw the beautiful sunset.

"This is beautiful." I breathed out.

"Your eyes are beautiful" he said staring into my eyes.

I looked into his and he grabbed my hand and caressed it in his.

I looked in the corner of my eye at one single camera that was turning and pointing directly at us.

Oh no.

"Cameron we need to go now" I said pulling him up.

"Why?" he said in confusion

"There watching us cameron and we crossed a law!"whisper/ yelled.

Cameron's face went white. Like all the blood drained away from his face.

"Run." he simply said.

"What?" i said.

"RUN." he said and grabbed my hand and started running faster then my legs can go.

"Cameron I can't run that fast slow down!"

"We can't slow down!"

"I can't go faster!"

Cameron sighed and stopped running an picked me up and started running again.

He threw me over the fence and he climbed over the fence himself.

We started running to my house.

We ran down the familiar dirt road passed all the trees.

Once we got to my house, we ran into my room.

Cameron paced around my room while running his hands through his hair.

I thought it was actually pretty hot to be honest.

But no time for that right now.....

"What are we going to do?" he said and ran his fingers through his hair once again

I sat down on my bed and sighed " we can't do anything cameron...... were gonna end up gettin thrown out with nothing. they already have us on camera. we can't do anything anymore."

Cameron frowned..... " unless we leave with our stuff before they catch us...?" he said.

I looked up "we have to start packing." I said

He looked at me and sighed

"Now." I said

I went around my room and started getting my lot he's and me hair brush and very thing that was needed.

I put them all in a big bag.

"Cameron..." I said as I gave a big bag to him,

"Fill this up with food."

He left to my kitchen.

I looked at myself in the mirror....

"In just one week this all happened.." I said as I ran my hands over my face. I cried silently as it thought of myself having to leave me unstable mother. leaving her.... who's gonna feed her now?

"Don't cry your too beautiful to cry." Cameron said as he sat next to me

"No I'm not I get called ugly at school and I get bullied" I said crying

Cameron sighed. he pulled me close to him and wrapped his arms around me as I cried.

" No ones going to hurt you as long as I'm around. it's okay now it's just going to be me and you" he said rubbing my back.

Once everything was packed..... we got everything and walked out.. and to the fence...

We threw our stuff over and climbed over.

I sighed as I picked up my clothes bag and a few other things and Cameron picked up his clothes bag, the food bag and a couple other things.

"Ready to Go on our journey?" Cameron said.

"I'm ready" I said.
