Rachel POV
Finn is here
Like right in front of me
The guy that I loved and hated.
"Let's get a table," Jake suggests and tells the waitress.
We all order and eat in silence.
"So Uhm Cindy, what do you do now?" Jake asks and Cindy shifts in her seat.
"I'm um a...... I'm a pharmacist" she spits out,
"That's nice, well Rachel is a broadway actress" Jake says proudly,
"What? Really? Rachel you are?" Finn asks, his head shot up at my name.
"Yes Finn I am" I reply,
A couple more minutes go by with dead silence.
"So Rachel, how do you know Finn?" Cindy asks, glaring at me with pure evil in her eyes.
"We..... Dated...... In. High school" I say quietly, and look down.
"Finn! You didn't tell me about her?" Cindy says frustrated at the fact.
"You never asked, so I never said" Finn says simply,
"Ugh! Finn you're such a Idiot--" Cindy starts
I slam my fork down,
"Can we please have a nice double date? I mean love"I sigh and sip my water.
"And loved" I hear jake mutter under his breath.
"Jake" I say warningly
"What?" He asks like nothing happened,
"So, JAKE. How did you and Rachel meet?" Cindy asks with a smirk
"Cindy. Is that really an appropriate question to ask right now? Considering the fact that no one os really in the mood to talk?" I ask with an icy glare.
"Yes Rachel it is, you see Finn LOVES me! And don't you realize that he doesn't deserve you? I mean come on! You dress as well as a dead rat! Jake and I also used to date, and I bet, that he doesn't even like you. Your nose is bigger than an elephants trunk. I don't even know why I was so nice to you in the first place. I've hated you ever since the day you walked into that apartment. And to this day I still wish you would Leave. So rot up some other house" Cindy says with pride.
I start tearing up.
"You're right" I sniffle and walk out of breadsticks.
Finn POV
I have never been so disappointed in Cindy. I saw Rachel, And I'm proud that she accomplished her dreams like I did. She looked so beautiful tonight,
"Cindy, I have never been so disappointed in you. We are over" I say and follow Rachel.
Jake POV
I can believe what I just heard from Cindy,
"Guess that leaves you and me, how about we start again jake?" Cindy asks in a sugar sweet voice.
"I broke up with you for a reason" I say and follow Finn.
This double date was a pure mess
