Rachel POV
Things have been great ever since Cindy moved out. I decided to call Finn over so we can catch up. He agreed instantly, I love that about him, he never gets into a counter debate. There are also many other things I love about him.
"Hey Rach!" Finn says excitedly as he came into MY apartment.
"Hey Finn," I say and we both go to my room and sit on the bed.
"So, what did you do after moving to Canada?" I ask, trying to start a conversation.
"Well, I went to the university, jake went somewhere else. I got trained to be a substitute teacher at first. Then they promoted me to to being a teacher, and then I became principal! It's awesome, I really do have a strong part inside of me for kids. " Finn finishes and sighs, I smile warmly at him.
"Well, I went to Julliard and started to act out small roles in plays. Then my instructor put me into a show called Funny Girl. I love that show to death! And considering the fact that Barbara had that role, it was my honour to play it again. Then I did West Side Story, that was great too. I also did a play called Rent. I love being on broadway it's so much fun!" I exclaim and comb my fingers through my hair.
"Sounds like fun" Finn says, and the room goes quiet.
I lose myself into Finns dark amber eyes, while he stares into my dark chocolate ones.
He leans in,
I lean in.
We kiss.
Did I feel fireworks?
No,
An explosion of feelings, love, care.
It was all poured into one kiss.
