I can't sleep.

I can never get to sleep for hours... and before you say, "You're spending too much time on your phone before you go to bed." I've always stayed on my phone up until the hour I was forced to go to sleep and it only ever took me and hour to get to sleep.

Lately, it's been taking me up until 3am. It started a while ago but it stopped for a while. Now it started again and I don't know what's going on.

It's annoying.
Like, I'm tired (kind of) but I can't get to sleep for hours.
I just end up getting out my phone at 1am and read on this until 2am and fall asleep at 3am.
Most of time I just sit there... thinking about all my problems.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to stop this?

I'm getting impatient with sleep,  and quite frankly, it's annoying me.
