His name is Kitashi Akumitsu. All the details are on the pictures, check the biography page (under construction) for more info on the character. Basically, me and a friend co-came up with a character and I finalised it and drew it. The first picture is the concept and design stage and the second is a more polished version complete with colour, improved anatomy and detail. I did this a while ago using coloured pencils, a black fine liner and a pencil sketch. I mixed different colours, especially in the trousers, to get the colours I needed. The concept page has sharpies, felt tip pens and a black fine liner- it is a bit older than the finished version. They took a couple of hours in total between them.
