I Need Ideas For The Title

depression?

Depression isn't a game
Its something really serious
Why do people joke about it?
Something happens
Something dumb
Something like not having your phone for a while
And they say...
"Oh I'm so depressed now"
Meanwhile the kid next to you is
They're going home and thinking
"Why am I even alive?"
They dont see a positive in anything anymore
Depression doesn't only happen to those kids who have
Family problems
Financial problems
Do drugs
Are in gangs
Are bullied
Are abused
Are made fun of
They can be that kid in your class
The one who everyone thinks is perfect
They're in a national soccer team
Their families are "perfect"
There appears to be nothing wrong with them
But there is
They are depressed
And dont get me wrong
Depression isn't bad
But it is at the same time
While they are getting good grades
Being portrayed as the perfect child, athlete and student,
They are dealing with the monsters inside of their head.
Oh sure
They're handsome
Beautiful,
Intelligent
Athletic
Financially stable
Courageous
Self centered
Muscular
Kind
Perfect?
But they aren't
No one notices
No one
Except themselves
And they don't want to tell anyone
Or else they're not perfect because they have one problem
They are self centered too
And sooner or later
You're going to realize that they hated being perfect
They couldn't make a mistake
They even had to have a perfect relationship
Sometimes they wished they weren't perfect and had made many mistakes
They want to hide sometimes
Hide from the monster inside of their head.
Until its gone

Note: know that this isn't supposed to make your mood be more sad. I only wanted to portray my version of depression and kinda oppose the idea of depression only being on a certain type of people. I want you to know that you always have people to talk to and if you don't want to talk to them, you have me. I dont care who you are but know that I care. Sometimes I feel sad and lonely but I know its nothing compared to what  people with depression have to go through.
