Reads are just a little number though Readers are way different to reads. Readers are people who read your books and give you those reads and advice and votes.
You may just have thousands on the first than they stop but readers are people who read that first page and see if they like it or not.
Everyone wishes that it just happens overnight but no of course not! It takes hard work, effort and time.
