After a long time i'm posting another chapter....please forgive me for being late......
One week we got a detention after class as a punishment, thanks to Almighty Charles…who don’t even look guilty at all. I walk out to the parking lot where Charles is waiting for me…with his stupid grin on his face….as I approach him I glare at him, he simply chuckle, “now now what wrong with your ugly face?”
“Shut up Charles you know what’s wrong?” I cross my arm near to my chest and narrow my eye at him…
“Oh! Come on Anna it’s just a detention….it’s not a big deal” he grin and put his hand on my shoulder….i shrugged it off his hand…
I frown, “you know I never get detention in class…and this is a first time I’m getting detention that also one whole week…”
He narrowed his eyes, “Anna you’re overreacting….”
I sigh, “Fine…but promise me that you won’t go back to that stupid library again”
“No I can’t promise that Anna” he frowns
“Why not…?” I almost shout at him, what’s wrong with this guy…. Is he thinking straightly or not…
He raised his eyebrow before he speaks, “because the old Library is the only place where I can find and learn the every unanswered question….”
After getting punishment also he is eager to go back to that Library again…..Mr. Alexander had clearly stated that if he find us again in that Library, he is going to kick us out from the school…and I don’t want that……I have to stop him…
“Look Charles wh….” I was cut off by the scream and cheering of the girls…..Charles look behind me, so I turned around……and saw the one and only great Alpha Leo exiting school followed by bunch of girls…..i still don’t understand why these all girls follow him like he is some kind of god, couldn’t they see he is not a god but a monster…..he almost killed someone in party…..how they can forgot that so easily…..
I just shook my head in disapproval…..and look at Alpha Leo who is now in front of his car…. right opposite of us…..he look at our side….his deep blue eyes get soft when he look at me, then his gaze shift to Charles……his soft eyes change into glare when he look at him if looks can kill then Charles would be in 6ft under the ground right now…..i don’t know what his problem with Charles….
I turned around and look at the Charles who is looking at Alpha Leo just as confused as me……
“Charles…we need to go” I said turning back…and I drag him along with me.
“okay Anna no need to drag me” and he yank his hand out of my grab and went to the car…..i also follow him…before I open the door I glance back to found that Alpha Leo is still staring at me with same intensity….i just shook my head and went inside…..
Charles starts the engine and drive off from the school…..while driving Charles glance at me, “Anna I don’t know why but I have a feeling that this Alpha don’t like me at all” he is looking straight ahead towards the road….
Somewhere deep inside I know the answer, so I decided to tell him….i clear my throat before I speak, “maybe because of me”…
“What?” he gasps….i nod, “Charles…I don’t know why he is showing his interest on me….and I really don’t appreciate it…”
Charles remain silence for a minute before he frown, “Anna do you think…” he trail off….i know what he want to say, so I complete it, “You mean mate…for god sake Charles…no it’s not possible” I almost shout at him…..
