I take a deep breath and start singing "I can't help falling in love with you" I have my eyes closed the whole time to make me forget Daniel is right in front of me. I finish singing and open my eyes slowly and see Daniel with the biggest grin on his face. "That was...beautiful" He says. I can feel myself blushing, and reply with "th-thank you..." He smiles and says "we'll come on we should head down to dinner." I smile and nod. He reaches his hand out and grabs mine, I follow him down the stairs and sit at the table to eat.
————4 years later————
Wow, this is really happening. Don't get me wrong I'm so happy for Dani but, I'm also very sad. I walk up the stairs slowly to my room. I close the door turn off the lights and just fall asleep. I hear a loud bang which causes me to jump. I look around trying to adjust my eyes to the darkness, when I see someone at my window. I slowly walk over to see it was Daniel. I open it slowly. "Hi." I say as I get out of the way for him to come in. "Hey." I sit on my bed and watch him as he closes the window and locks it. I frown a little. I guess he noticed because he cam and sat by me and said "what's wrong?" I force myself to look up holding back the tears in my eyes. "I, I just can't believe your actually leaving..." he frowns too I see. "I'm here now, that's all that matters. I may be leaving tomorrow but live in the moment." I try to smile, "your right...I'm just gonna miss you so much." I whisper. "I'm going to miss you too. I'll be back every holiday to visit, even Valentine's Day!" He says. "Just promise me you'll be safe." I say very, very, softly. "I promise. But you have to promise me something.". "What?" I ask. "Don't find anyone else.." I shake my head. "What do you mean?" "I want to be with you Kendall...I don't want you to find another guy." He scratched the back of his neck. "I love you Daniel." I say leaning my head on his shoulder. "I love you too." He says. After a little while we just payed down and fell asleep, I'm going to miss him so much.
