Hi sorry for not uploading a chapter in a bit... soooooo here u go! It's extra long for u guys! :)
I wake up to a new day of sounds and smells.
Just kidding this isn't some cheesy story.
I wake up to my nagging alarm clock that never quits. Trying to snooze it, the alarm keeps blaring my ears not obeying the button. I get up and head to the bathroom for a quick morning shower.
Turning the knob all the way hot, I remove my pajamas and step into the steaming shower. The pellets of water rain on my hair slithering down my body. I wash my hair and give myself a quick shave in case I wanted to wear something short today. After 10 minutes, I get out and wrap a towel around my waist.
I head to my closet of the new house I recently moved into after I figured out I had a long lost grandfather who was diagnosed with a life threatening cancer. He was actually due to enter the hospital as an emergency care patient because it is his last couple days with us. You could tell too, he has really slowed down in the two weeks that I've know him for. And that's saying something.
I take out a pair of short ripped shorts and paired it with a cropped white sweatshirt with holes in the fingers. Grabbing my backpack and sunglasses, I head down the endless flights of stairs to the kitchen. (This place is so huge it even has an elevator! But exercise is good too.)
The murderer ended up leaving the country to back home when I decided to move in, so I had no problem walking around without dying or something of that sort. The chef had prepared a simple noodle dish because he knew I didn't like anything too fancy. (He was also American and didn't know much Korean so it was hard to hold a conversation with him.)
I hear the ding of the elevator reaching ground floor. "Good morning." I look over to my grandpa who is slowly walking over to me with his cane. The chef on the other hand, provided him a super fancy breakfast to which I have never seen before until I moved in. I don't know the name of the dish though.
"Morning Grandpa." I state with a smile and hide the fact that I was afraid for him today.
"No need to hide your fear."
"What fear?"
"I know you're afraid of me going to the hospital today, there is no need to fret."
Damn. He saw right through me. I look away in embarrassment and laugh to myself awkwardly.
"I'm sorry, it's just a lot to take in you know? My grandpa who I've NEVER met comes out of nowhere, gives us everything, then tells us he's going to die soon? Seems like some Kdrama to me."
"It's alright child, I'll be fine. Plus you can visit me in the hospital until my expiration date."
"NO DON'T SAY THAT!" I say not used to this new humor. I mean Jin was always the 'dad joke' kind of dude.
"Anyways I'll have Baekhyun escort me to the hospital. (That's our butler haha take that EXO! Jk I'm a fan of exo too, I'm just writing in the car so I have no korean names to use........................ok back to the story.)
"Alright, I'll come visit after school." I say grabbing my backpack and keys to the car only to head out the door.
I put the keys into the car and hear it roar to life. Man, hearing this car roar to life every day will never get old. I mean NEVER. I turn the car to face the road leading eventually to Jin's house to pick up Yoongi.
"Good morning baby." Yoongi says as he hastily enters my car.
"What's the rush?" I ask him laughing mid sentence. He looks at me and gives a heart melting look. I feel my legs buckle knowing that even a simple look effects me deeply. As he opens his mouth to say something, it immediately closes and instead smacks me in the face with a needy kiss.
