Getting biten

"Okay students your work today is..." the teacher started to explain before "breaking news! A Genetically mutated spider has escaped the Oscorp lad, we advise everyone to stay home and keep safe while spider-man deals with the situation" showing a picture of the spider on the screen. Everyone started freaking out apart from Alice. It's only a spider she thought to herself.

After walking through the front door of her  house her  mum ran over to Alice and hugged her "are you okay? Are you hurt?" She said looking all over Alice's body. "What? I'm fine" she replied confused. Alices mum looked at the ground and smiled "thank god". "Is this the spider thing?" She asked. "Yes! It's very dangerous, they say it could kill you!"  Alice rolled her eyes and walked up to her room.

She looked out her window, when seeing a spider drop down from a web. She opened the window and held in her hand. "I love spiders" as she said that it bit her "Ow". Alice flicked her wrist and the spider flew of her hand on to the ground, it shrivelled up ,it was dead. "Oh...no" Alice sighed before falling to the ground and blacking out.

Alice woke up and got up placing her hand on her head. "Ow that stings" she said looking at the large lump on her hand "what is this?" She said pressing it before felling a sharp pain and stopping. She went to get changed and noticed she was gaining muscles "wow" she said feeling the small muscles on her stomach and arms. After getting changed Alice turned off her light but as she walked off she got flung back as her hand was stuck to the light switch "what?" She questioned. She tugged at her hand and it finally let go. She looked at her hand wondering what was happening.
