Chapter 20

I rested up in his arms with him now he isn't God or Jesus Christ. He was just Alexander Bryon Niem, the last human race of the earth.

He held me close and laid me down on these little diamond flowers. It felt weird but at a same time it feels nostalgic. He rested his forehead onto my head. "Why did you have to do that, Lily? Why?" He whispered.

I smile and I rested my hands upon his handsome determined face. "Because when Rose was just born as the princess of Rosetta Country I was her older twin who died at our mother womb. So when that happened my spirit wonder off to one of these little diamond flowers and was born as your angel. When I read her star I saw all of our past lives together including yours," I said. His eyes glim but later faded. "I saw us as a human madly in love and almost married if I didn't born as a sickly human."

Tears rolled down my eyes. "I wanted to live together with you forever."

"We could've," he said.

"By sacrificing Rose! No! I wouldn't want that. You know that Alex!"

He kept his silence. "You know when I was the last human race of Earth. It was the hardest thing I have ever felt in my whole entire life. After living for over hundred years. I discovered I had these weird powers, and something in me just told me to take responsibilities as this planet god. I was used to being numb after losing you so I recreated Earth exactly the way it was like God did in the bible, but this time there was no the end of the world, and my only job was to watch them. Guide those who died to the gate of heavens, and those who done wrong to hell so Lucifer can judge them."

"So you recreated everything from the Bible, but then everything just changed when I showed up didn't it. You wanted me to stay by your side again forever. However, life is a fragile thing Alex. Even if you are God this time you still can't control over life and death this will throw off the balance."

"Forgive me, Lily. I love you. I don't want to let you go."

I turn my head seeing a diamond flower petal was about to open itself. It was about to bloom and I was about to witness it. I was about to witness how angels were born. He got up knowing what I wanted to see. He pulled my up. I tried to walk but legs found no energy to. I gave all my energy to Rose. I once again will die.

He pulled me in. "If you can't walk. Then I will be your legs." I smile as he swung me up into his arms. Holding one of his palms out weird light energy was pouring out his palm and into the flowers. I was witnessing something that no angels ever seen. Little snow balls went inside the diamond make it shine like stars in the sky. When the glowed came to a stop a baby came out.

Alex laid me on the ground. He held the baby angel into his arms. He looked like a caring father like I expect him to be when I imagine when we had our child in my stomach. I touched my tummy I wished I could at least have his child. So there is somebody here to be with him. But that is not the cases now. He had the angels.

He touched the angel forehead but the baby ended up kicking his face. "Oh wow you're a fiesty one aren't you." He gave in a bitter laugh. "And you're a girl."

He walked towards me. "Do you want to hold it?" I nod. Taking the little angel into my arms. It almost feels like I am carrying our child into our hands.

"She has your eyes," I commented.

"And she has your hair," he compliment. "This angel is born because of us, born of our ever dying love. She is a strong angel with great powers and potential. However," he hesitated. "This time I will not recreate the Earth. I will let Earth create itself."

"Alex, what are you doing?"

"Lily, you've always been up on my mind constantly. I never once stop thinking about you. If you ever going to leave me again. I will leave with you."

"You can't abandoned Earth?"

"No.. but it has abandoned me." He touched my arms and took our little angel from me. "Mia!" I suddenly called out for the baby angel.

I could tell he was crying, but when I cried I suddenly realised I had lost my sight. Which meant that now Rose must have my sight. I couldn't see. I was afraid. I tried to catch anything or touch anything for comfort. I wanted to scream in fear when I felt a warm pair of hands wrapped around me. That is when I finally felt safe.

"I'm afraid," I admitted. My body they felt light they were too light.

ALEX P.O.V

I held her in my arms. She was afraid, but when my hands went around her torso she finally relaxed. I smelled her faint Jasmine scent and they felt really good it was nice to have her in between my arms. It was like all the missing pieces of puzzles in my life was whole again.

I didn't want to let go, but when she cried for Mia. I knew she wanted for her to live. I don't want to loose her twice. Tears quickly left my eyes when I see her legs slowly fading away to becoming translucent. Yellow shimmering lights were coming off her body. Yet she was still so steady.

Lily... Please.. won't you let me be just a little selfish. And let me part with you. I have suffocated enough.

She breathed and sighed. "If that is what you wished love. Then let us go together."

I smile. "Thank you..."

I closed my eyes and I made my last commandments. From this moment on Earth shall create itself thou shall be no immortals and supernaturals left to suffer. After my death we all shall be reincarnated and shall be reunited with our lovers.

Hopefully, my last commandments works. When Lily disappeared I took nails and stabs it onto my hands blood was dripping off my hands and it just proves how human I am.

I let my wings flung out of my back. Begone Wings! Then it disappeared. Begone My Kingdom! And everything began to storm. Lastly, begone me! I kneeled down on the ground and finally felt the sense of death enclosing on me. And the feeling of something tying me to this place was gone. I finally felt at ease.

My body went limp and fell onto the ground. I closed my eyes and I finally felt peace....
