In the team that Blaire supervised , this tended to be indicated by a ritual that was affectionately known as Challenge Blaire . " Chisnau," Blaire replied.
"When were the Oscars first hosted?" Claire asked. "1929"
As the team got their heads together and tried to come up with a question to which Blaire wouldn't know the answer, with a shake of her head Anne asked "How do you remember all this stuff?"
"I'm not sure ," Blaire replied .She wasn't being modest - she genuinely didn't know . As far back as she could remember she'd always had a gift for retaining information.Determined to try to catch her out , the guys in her team asked her to list every past winner of the Soccer World Cup. Not only did Blaire correctly site each winner , she also threw in the dates and scores for good measure.
The women in the team applauded their champion, while the guys grudginly conceded they'd been bested by their supervisor's knowlede yet again. "That the third week in a row we haven't managed to catch you out ," Anne remarked "You seem to know the answer to everything"
