A very worried Ella suddenly realised that she was alone. She couldn't see any more animals! She was all alone... To be continued.....

Ella tried saying the sentence, but nothing happened. She wished with all her heart that she could have some company.

Suddenly, a dog appeared. The dog looked at her, stood up on two legs and said: " I shall grant you three wishes."

Ella was flabbergasted. She had never seen any dog do that before, nor seen one in the kingdom. Nevertheless, first she needed to find out how to get back to the ground. At the moment, this was her only chance.

"Well, I wish to know a way to get out of here" replied Ella.

"This is the only way out for you now,: you must collect three items from three animals; a hair from the bear, one of the magpie's feathers and a single scale of skin from the snake.To get these things you must answer three riddles." said the dog.

"I wish to know where they are!" she said.

" Your second request! Most humans wait for years till they ask for that!"

"Years!" Cried the girl. " I haven't got years!"

"Of course you have! You've got all the time in the world! Anyway, firstly, the bear lives on the tallest mountain, in the biggest cave. Secondly, the magpie lives in the tallest tree, with the shiniest nest. Finally, the snake. He lives under the biggest, most beautiful rock in the cleanest swamp.

"Thank you, but now I must be off! I wish to be able to fly" decided Ella.

"Your wish is my command" replied the dog.

Ella jumped off the cliff and she flew! and she flew! She was amazed!

"Which way to the cave?" She asked excitedly.

"To the top of that mountain!" Said the dog, directing her with a nod of his head.

So off Ella flew towards the mountain with a whoop of excitement.

After she arrived she suddenly lost all her confidence, she was so scared that she could hardly move. She had to keep going so she had no choice but to ignore her fears! Ella took a deep breath and stepped inside the cave.

"Hello?" she asked tentatively.

"Who's there?" Asked a deep voice.

"It is me, Ella and I have come for one of your hairs... Sir."

"Then answer my riddle within one minute or be my dinner"growled the bear.

"Alright" Ella gulped.

" What do you call a bear with no ears?" said the bear.

"Hmmmm, let me see... What do you call a bear with no ears? Bear with no ears.... Ummmm...... errrrrrr....." thought Ella.

"Three, two,-"counted the bear.

" Wait! It's B! A bear with no ears is called a B!"exclaimed Ella

"Impossible!" gasped the bear, amazed that his riddle had finally been solved.

While dancing around the cave with celebration, Ella knocked a ledge, causing a letter to fall to the floor. She couldn't decide what to do!

" Now give me one of your hairs!" demanded Ella, whilst slipping the piece of paper into her pocket.

The bear growled and sullenly handed over a lock of fur as Ella shivered.

" Leave now! Leave now and never come back!" The bear shouted.

Ella flew away, reading the letter
