Chapter 8

Y/N POV

I woke up the next morning. Yah! It's Saturday! Maybe the twins will like to hang out today! I should give them a call or something. I grabbed my phone and entered Kaoru's name. I should just text him...

To Kaoru: Hey, do you and Hikaru want to hang out some time today?

*send*

After about 5 minutes I finally got a response.

Kaoru: I would love too! But I don't know about Hikaru... So I'll be the one picking u up. probably @ noon! see u then!

Okay noon. I check my clock. It was 10:05. Okay about 2 hours to get ready. I took a 10 minute shower. As I waited for my H/C hair to air dry a little I applied light brown eye shadow and mascara to my eyes. Once my hair was dried a bit, I brushed and put it into a French braid. I then put on the sundress the twins bought me. I look on the clock and saw that it 11:45.

"He's going to be here soon..." I whispered to myself. I walked downstairs. I quickly left a note for my dad to let him know where I'll be. I then went outside to wait for him. Am I overly dressed? I then see his limo pulled up to my driveway. I walk over to the limo and got in.

Karou's POV

Y/N got into the limo. She looked absolutely beautiful.

"So, where are we going?" She asked in a sweet voice.

"I guess we can go to the park, probably walk around. I said looking out the window. The limo arrived to a nearby park. We got out and started walking.

"So, where Hikaru?" Y/N asked.

"Haruhi wanted to hang out with him, not inviting me so, I'm glade you wanted to hang out." I said feeling a little annoyed with Haurhi but, I was glad I was with y/n. I look up in the sky and notice some dark clouds heading our way.

"I wonder if it's going to rain...?" After I said that sentence, it stared to sprinkle. Y/n giggled.

"Well, I guess we can't walk in the park anymore... Do you just want to come to my house?" Y/n asked. Well her house was closer, and it look like it was about to thunder.

"Sure." We then walk back to the limo. It then drove us back to y/n house. She let me inside. Her house was nice and warm. She then lead me to her room.

"So, what should we do?" She asked looking at me. I sighed.

"I don't know to be honest." A bolt of lighting shot through the air then, the power went out.

"Well that's just great." Y/n said. She then stumbled around in the darkness.

"Where the hell is that stupid flashlight." She sighed. Y/n then slipped on some object and ran into me which made us both fall to the ground.

"Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry Kaoru I didn't se-" I interrupted her by gently kissing her cheek. Even though I could barley see her face I knew she was blushing.

"Um okay... But hey I found the flashlight." She giggled. She reached over and grabbed it. She shined it around her room.

"I have some candles and matches around here somewhere...." She then walked towards her desk.

"Found it!" She exclaimed. Y/n lit a match and one by one the room got a little lighter thanks to the candles. My vision became clear I then got up and sat on her bed. Y/n sat next to me.

"I wonder how Haruhi and Hikaru are doing.... She hates thunderstorms..." I trailed off. Y/n sighed, I could tell she was a little jealous. Y/n rested her head on my shoulder. I blushed.

*ring ring ring"

I dug in my pocket for my ringing phone.

"Hello?"

"Hey Kaoru, it's Hikaru, where are you. I brought Haurhi home. I've been waiting for you for about an hour now."

"Oh, um, I'm at y/n..." I trailed off, I know he'll get pissed off.

"What?! Ugh.. Whatever! Just come home when the storm passes!"

*end of phone call*

"He seemed mad..." Y/n said confused. I shrugged. She then laid down on her bed I did the same. We both yawned at the same time. She giggled.

"Want to take a nap...?" She asked me. I smiled.

"Yeah sure."

Y/N POV

I smiled. Wow, sleeping in the same bed with your crush.... Awesome. I then turned my body so my face was away from Kaoru's. I then feel his arm wrap around me. I blushed.

"Kaoru...?" I whispered. And all I heard was light snoring. I giggled. I guess I should get some sleep too.

* A Few Hours Later*

I open my eyes and yawed. I stood and and stretched. I then noticed Kaoru was gone. What the hell...? I then look at my desk to find a note.

Dear Y/N, I woke up before you did and didn't want to wake your pretty face up so left. Thanks for inviting me over. See you later! ~ Love Kaoru<3

I blushed. I check the clock and noticed it was 5:30. Wow it's kinda late, didn't know I slept that long. I look out my window and saw a beautiful vibrant rainbow. Must of stopped raining... I look over to see my phone dinging. It was a text from Hikaru.

Hikaru: I need to talk to you tomorrow... Alone... It really important.

Me: Okay where do u want to meet at?

Hikaru: I'll pick you up at like 3 tomorrow...

Me: k....

I sighed, I thought about Hikaru and Kaoru... Boys are SO confusing..
