During lunch you and Youngjae decided to go out and get something easy. You went to the diner where you always went on the days where you didn't feel like eating at the company. On the way over you get a buzz on your phone, you take it out and look at it.
Mr. Park: After lunch, could you come to my office please? I need to see you about something.
Y/N: Yes sir, I'll be right in after lunch.
Once seated and waiting for your orders, Youngjae snaps your phone from your hands. "No phone right now, we have to talk" his tone suddenly seeming more serious than it has to be. You look at him with your brows furrowed. "Alright? Let's talk!". Youngjae sighs before he starts "Sooo... The new guy! What do you think? Do you think he got the hots for you?? Are you going to ask him out? Will there be a flirt? Tell meeee!" he gives you a begging look and you burst out laughing. "What the hell is wrong with you?" you keep laughing and Youngjae bursts out laughing too. You both sit there laughing for a bit before you suddenly freeze. Your body goes numb and you can feel your gut twisting. Youngjae tries to wave his hands infront of you "Y/N?", with no response he ends up trying to snap his fingers. You gulp and slide down in your seat, Youngjae looks behind him and can't see anything but the waiter counting forks and knives. "What's going on? Seen a ghost or something?" you shake your head. "It was nothing.. I guess".
But there was something, even worse; There was someone. Someone you never thought you would ever see again, the one who broke your heart for the first time. But he looked different, he looked like something had happened to him since the last time you saw him and you didn't know if you wanted to find out. Cause this time he looked more dangerous than you remembered him.
After you and Youngjae finished lunch you went back to the company. You put down your bag by your desk before you checked your computer one last time. "I gotta go see mr. Park, I'll be right back" you say and fix your hair in the glass door before walking out. "Good luck!" Youngjae yells behind you before you're able to close the door.
As you walk out of the elevator you head straight for mr. Park's office, as you stand right in front of his door you take a deep breath. You can feel your stomach fill up with butterflies. You haven't been this nervous since your interview with him, come to think of it, you haven't even been in his office since then. You get ready to knock on his door when the door flies open.
